| I wouldn't mind him ending up with Nagisa when there wasn't this bad guy who spoiled me about the game...(I'm looking at you, Trineas! ;p) But, I like Nagisa, and if he ends up with her, that's totally fine with me, but I hope the spoiler will turn out to be not true for the anime. :/ |

| Yea for this one time, i also did enjoy Fuko having an appearance. Now i'm starting to wonder if she's going to show up more often in random places, like previously, or show up at important places, like the obento scene. |

| Loved this ep I mean as much as i love Kyou and Tomoyo... it was pretty obvious from early on that the ending was going to be OkazakixNagisa. I mean the combination of the basketball-in-the-rain scene and when Okazaki and Nagisa woke up and they were leaning on each other in the Fuko arc, pretty much sealed that fact for me. It was great to see Okazaki starting to come to term w/ these feelings. Imo, this episode is the turning point for Clannad from a slice-of-life/drama/mystery to a romance. Of course, now the question is... what'll be the catch There's always bound to be one in any KyoAni/Key visual novel adaptation |
| i could've sworn that i actually wrote here... anyways the episode was completely "perfect" until nagisa came back... again, for those of you who think i am a nagisa hater... i just dont like her, i dont dislike her, like many of you did with fuuko some time ago. the first part was pretty funny/hilarious/awesome, specially the sunohara and the sunday lunch part. i liked fuuko's appearance, but i think that all of the girls looked so cute. "best choice" the second part (before nagisa returns) was at the verge of perfection. the matches with tomoyo in it were so awesome, specially the baseball one, where she hit sunohara several times in order to win. tomoyo getting popular = full win tomoyo's past was so interesting, and touching. i like her character a lot more now when nagisa returned, the awesomeness of the episode disapeared. the only good thing there was the soundtrack. when nagisa got hit (i wont neglect it) i was happy. seeing everyone sad was... sad.... specially when kyou broke down, and started crying.... seeing tomoyo sad was also really depressing... the soundtrack didn't help... this was the least favourite episode because of the end... the rest was ok... i still feel bad.... for kyou... poor her....and poor tomoyo... |

| and so ryou admits defeat and ducks out of the running. kyou is devestated by her twins surrender. tomoyo realizes her competition with nagisa. fuko makes another pointless appearance. and tomoya is finally realising his feelings. good for him. all in all a great episode. |

| Probably the best episode of the series so far, it becomes known that Tomoya likes Nagisa and she probably likes him back too, let's see how the last few episodes turn out. |

| In the space of about 3 minutes, you can hear the sounds of 3 hearts breaking. I feel really sorry for Kyou, Ryou and Tomoyo. This was a brilliant episode, and I'm so glad that these latest episodes are a huge improvement from the second half of the Fuko and Kotomi arcs. As the Kyou/Ryou/Tomoyo arc is drawing to a close, and the Tomoya/Nagisa arc is around the corner, I'm glad that I decided to keep going with this anime and not drop it after not watching it for a long time. Combining Kyou and Tomoyo's arc together turned out to be very enjoyable indeed. I might move the score from 8 back up to 9 if the last arc keeps up this quality. |

| Ok, everytime the mood starts to go good why does fuko have to come! Time to dye from laughing from her aiming at the face. Than they block out his face again xD And another painful flashback but atleast not as bad but it still gets to you. It seems like all the other girls gave up between those two. |

| Well amazing episode, Tomoya finally realized his feelings for Nagisa (it took him like 10 + episodes). Was Kyou into Tomoya as well, or was she just crying for her sister? When the ball got hit I thought Tomoya would jump infront of Nagisa, lol. Great episode, the theater club is finally established after 18 episodes. Talk about taking ages. Loving this anime, another 5/5 episode. |

lolikitsuneI think the sudden attack of the drama was a large part of its effectiveness; it really emphasized how !!!! the scene was for all involved (except for Nagisa :P). And there was actually an unexpected layer of subtlety to the crying; Kyou wasn't crying because she'd lost to Nagisa but because Ryou apologized, and Ryou apologized because she'd known all along, and Kyou suddenly [i said: knows that she's wronged Ryou as much as Ryou wronged her and now they've both lost, and man. It was good. I think you just put this scene in a different light for me. I think part of me, in the back of my mind, realized all that you said. I think the sad thing is that, despite what Nagisa said to the Choir Club member about it not being right for her to be happy at someone else's expense, that Nagisa herself is happy at Ryou's, Kyou's, and Tomoyo's expense and she doesn't even realize it. I also think Tomoyo took it really well.. Hell of an episode... this show makes others of it's type look like a joke. |
