But at the end of the day it was made by an american animation studio, with Pingu i was surprised Polygon took the rights to make a series. So unlike RWBY this IS anime. | At first I was going to say "yes" because I thought you meant the original Pingu which is a British/Swiss cartoon and so definitely not an anime. However, this new series Pingu in the City is technically an anime. It's a Japanese series created by the Japanese starring Japanese voice actors, so it is anime. Whether it is bad or not isn't really the issue. |
