Dragon Ball Super now has the same amount of episodes as GT. Has Super been better than GT through 64 episodes?
| Dragon Ball GT has better animation and better pacing, while Super has better story and better characters. GT's quality stayed much more consistent than Super, but GT was better in the last half with the Baby arc and Dragon arc. Dragon Ball Super had 3 terrible arcs (BoG, RoF, Super Human Water) consuming half of the series so far, but Universe Six and Future Trunks arcs have been great. I think GT has been better so far, but if Super can redeem itself if it continues to get better. |
| I voted Super just for the Future Trunks arc. It makes me so hyped I feel like I've turned into my kid self watching the old DBZ. (Also, I like far better the Super Sayan Blue than the Super Saiyan Level 4). |

| i liked Baby arc and SS4 Gogeta ownage, but the rest was garbage every single episode of Super has been Super entartaining, especially the slice of life and more relaxing episode well, almost half of the episode are just longer version of the movie, which are also great movie |

| Both series suck, but admittedly, I haven't watched much of GT. Just that the little I've seen of it was incredibly bad, though I'll have to say I prefer its art and animation over Super's. Super started out very weak, but the Future Trunks arc has made up for it a little with some decent episodes. Going with Super as the better series, as it still a chance to redeem itself somewhere along the road. |

| Super is far better but Super is not great either. It's tolerable for me but at the same time, I don't rush to watch this series. Though I do like the SSJ4 transformation in GT, I like the Super Saiyan God forms way better. The story is pretty decent as well and the Future Trunks saga has been pretty great. Everything in GT, specifically Pan being annoying, Trunks not being as cool as his future self and Goku being a kid again was just awful. Baby saga sucked. The stupid dragons sucked. Super Android 17 was god awful. But the worst part of the series is how they made Vegeta, The PRINCE OF ALL SAIYANS, act like a goof every now and then. Specifically his mustache and how he shaved it off and wanted people to notice. He was a big bitch sometimes. |

| The negatives of both series somewhat cancel each other out; the positives of Super are far superior to the positives of GT. In saying that, the greatness of the current arc is almost on the level of the average greatness of the original manga. Thus, the difference in votes seems fair to be, since Super simply eclipses GT in quality. Even though the difference in my rating is only one point. |

| I honestly felt both GT/Super had mediocre starts. Mainly with Supers recapping of the movies with horrid pacing and GT with it's awful character interactions with Pan and co. However, Super has managed to make me feel invested with what has been occurring in the most recent arc with Trunks/Black. Something that GT has unable to do in it's entirety. The only thing I truly prefer in GT is the SSJ4 transformation over SSB... |

| As their own? I think GT did a better job, it was an average adventure fighting action series. As continuations of Dragon Ball? GT tried to escape but ultimately fell into the same problems that plagued the series toward its middle. Super... well Super spawned out of fan-service movies that were fine as they were (one of their qualities being that they are nothing more than harmless short nostalgic entertainments, harmless except to Pan's age I mean) but that doesn't make a sequel. In the other hand, turning to 10exp99 everything that made Dragon Ball (especially the Z anime later parts), it is an excellent service for those who loved those later segments. |

| GT was more ambitious with it's writing. Super is just nostalgia milking the older series. Both have stale and boring characters. Animation and art-wise GT was better. I guess Super is a bit more consistent with it's writing, but only to the same extent as DBZ was in its run, which is still kinda poor. Story; GT > Super Plot Consistency; GT < Super Characters; GT = Super Presentation; GT > Super My opinion; GT > Super |

| DragonBall GT had a more stable quality (which doesn't necessarily mean it was good, it was atrocious most of the time), but the whole show was damn boring, I would only save the music (especially the Opening). Super started off in the worst way possible and yet it managed to make it this far. The first third arcs —Beerus arc, G. Frieza arc and Champa arc— were mediocre at best and terrible at worst, but Future Trunks arc has been fairly decent and yet full of fan service, like, they're even getting Vegeto into the mix! I'd give DBS a 6 and DBGT a 4. |
