AFK can serve as human shield :D

but they may come back in the middle of battle and find themselves dead.
Also, who knows how mystics work. May be they'll buff an afk? XD
Or boss will mindcontrol them. We have little idea of what we're facing
I have a feeling that boss will resummon minions, or at least become more powerful as we beat the crap out of him

About archers and gunners: I'm very sure gunners have more dps overall (coz of crit chance), and they're useful against the main boss!
We should consider having more gunners than archers
