So far in my roughly two years of anime watching I've found nothing that's made me cry, closes any show got was Angle Beats. I really want to see if there's an anime out there the will brake me and I'm hoping someone on this forum will be able to direct me too it.

Little Busters!: Refrain
Clannad: After Story
Plastic Memories
White Album 2

Those might make you cry, or sad/depressed. It all depends on you (only LB Refrain made me cry myself, Plastic Memories/Clannad got me close to, while WA2 made me depressed).
I also know some other ppl that cried on Shigatsu wa kimi no uso.

Anything by Key.

Maybe AnoHana. Maybe Plastic Memories.

It wouldn't be because it is dreadfully sad or full of death, but some people cry after finishing slice of life shows or something because you spend so much time with the characters or people graduate or something. Like some people cried in K-ON S2.

But a lot of it depends on how much you personally engage with the show and characters. You have to "care" enough about what happens in order to cry.

For me it's definitely Tokyo Magnitude 8.0. I suppose you have to be invested in the characters, but that show was actually the first thing I've watched that genuinely brought me to tears. It made my mother cry too, which certainly is something.

If you're planning on reading the VN just read first it it's a lot more emotional than the anime not that the anime is bad by any means

Angel Beats got me good. So did Anohana. But, Your Lie in April made me cry harder then any other anime. And it did it so beautifully.

You know, It's not that hard to make people depressed or cry from sadness. Make a show, then let characters die, or be dead all the time, or sick, or whatever. Clannad, Angel Beats etc., all were perfect in that and changed my life when I've seen them.

But two works stand out for me above every other:

1) Dare ka no manazashii - you know how it takes several episodes of getting you invested into character so that you will cry when somethings sad happens at the end? This is not too sad in any way, yet I consistently cry every time I see it and it's f*** 7 minutes. ( see it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSwbnUQJGnA ). Note: There is a chance that it won't work for people under ~20 years old.

2) Shirobako - The only show ever that made me seriously cry out of happines! Those who've seen it probably know. Those who didn't - go see it! That's what I call a feat!

Well, seems like you got a lot of recommendations as is. I'll add on Millennium Actress, The iDOLM@STER, Gunbuster/Diebuster, and Wolf Children for things that are a little more out there.

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso - it made me a little bit cry at the end.
Clannad and Clannad: Afterstory - you cannot stop crying for days.
Leave the past where it belongs, but never forget.
--------Live in the present, but never regret.--------
Hope for the future, but never expect.--------------

It's really hard to try to recommend things to make other people cry because you have to actually form some kind of initial emotional connection with it first. It's hard to know what will do that for a random person and some people just can't do that with things that aren't real. But I'll try giving the best suggestions I can. Some have already been named, but I'll give some supporting arguments for them. Also, since the question came up, I'm personally a sub-only fan, so that's the experience I'm going off of here.

Clannad: In case you didn't know, this series is made by the same people who did Angel Beats, so if that series came close, this one just might knock it out of the park. I've heard the second season (After Story) is even more tear inducing than the first, but I haven't gotten around to watching it yet. The first season made me cry like a baby though.

AnoHana: Maybe also a little similar to Angel Beats, this series deals a lot with lose, regret, and nostalgia. If you are able connect with the characters, I'd say tears are guaranteed at the end.

NANA: This one kind of depends on how much you can relate to young-adult women and their relationship issues (both in romance and friendship). Almost all of the episodes had me get at least a little misty-eyed at one point or another.

Haibane Renmei: This series is getting a little dated at this point (it's almost as old as you are), but the themes are timeless. This one deals a lot with lose and coping. This anime has probably given me the hardest entertainment-induced cry of my life at about the half way mark. Don't know if it will touch you in the same way, but it's worth a shot.

Air: This one really depends heavily on if you're able to connect with the characters. This is also yet another series by Key, the original creators of Clannad and Angel Beats.

Toradora: I noticed that you currently have this "On-Hold" at just two episodes. Maybe that means you didn't develop an immediate connection with the main characters? Well, I may suggest that you pick it back up. If you are able to develop a soft spot for Taiga, there's a good chance that the series could make you cry.

Fruits Basket: Sorry, I'm old. Here's a series older than Haibane Renmei. I think this was one of the first anime series to make me cry. It is a rather girly, at times silly, shoujo anime which might be a bit cliche at this point, but if those things don't bother you it could work.

Hope that helps. Good luck!
