hey there

so as the title says i'm interested to see if anyone has a strategy or something.
i know that for some people it may sound STUPID! i mean, the main goal is to have fun so why do you have to organize them like their homework or something ,right?

but currently i'm in college and specifically a medical student,so you can figure i have little free time but i do want to enjoy all of these 4 things .

so i'd very much like to see if anyone has a plan for this

THANKS!

Really just do what you want

If I'm not in the mood for anime sometimes I do t wear heels it for months, other times(when I'm free) I could watch 10 hours of anime a day

Its better to neglect some of them then try to balance all of them

Just start doing what you want to do the most.
Setting a rigorous schedule or something like that for recreational things would probably defeat the purpose.

I'm not in university, but I do work full time. I watch an hour of anime on one day. Then I repeat that with video games, manga, etc on another day.

Set up four screens and then do all four activities at once.

I would make a schedule but it wouldn't feel fun anymore. I just do whatever I know I want to do most instead of deliberating about it.

One day, I play an hour of games. The next day, I'd watch a movie (preferably on weekends). I'd watch 2-4 episodes of anime the next day. I read 1-2 volumes in one night. So forth.

By sacrificing virgins to our Lord and saviour Cthulhu of course. Why, what do you guys do?

There's a lady who's sure
All that glitters is gold
And she's buying a stairway to heaven
When she gets there she knows
If the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for
Oh oh oh oh and she's buying a stairway to heaven

No one is at Lawliet's level.

He should start off by doing 2 things at once & working his way up. Right now I can do 3 things at once: eat, sleep, & shit.

I just prioritize one that I'm in the mood for at the time. When there's little free time I don't like spending it all wondering what to do, I just pick one and roll with it. Even if I have to flip a coin.

Dont force yourself to something, I've been playing MH for three days, wasn't in the mood for anime, now Im not in the mood for videogames and I've been watching anime. Just remember these things are a hobby not your homework.

I do one of those until I get bored, then move on to another one. And so it cycles endlessly.

I don't. I just abandon certain hobbies for months at a time and slowly work my way back into it.

watch whatever you want or play whatever you want while having a medical student mindset, always trying to make a correlation to your medical field. who knows, you might come up with a medical research on anime, tv, movies, video games~

Basically I do what I feel like doing...and it also depends on how much battery charge each of my devices have.

But since we're talking about college life...for me it was games on the weekdays and anime on the weekends. Games I can play in short intervals. But for anime, I need a day off so that I can indulge myself into it. Also, playing a game after doing homework feels rewarding.

Moo! Watch anime & play videos games for one day & then the next day watch movies & TV shows & then repeat.
Something along those lines, up to you.
Btw, don't forget to moo.
Mooing is important.

just do what you feel like to do at the moment, for me it's something like this :
watching anime till I got bored ---> switch to manga ---> switch to video game ---> repeat

I just do whatever I feel like or have time for, I game and watch anime the most, I watch movies somewhat frequently when I have time. I don't really watch that many TV shows anymore.

usually rotate every month or two.
Get addicted to a good game for a while.
Once that's gotten old catch up on movies
Then catch up on anime. Watch full season at once.
Watch TV shows daily or a few times a week as a standard time killer.
By this time there should be plenty of new updates or a good new game available so swing back to that (game)
And so on.

1 hour per day per grade level. So, watch 1 hour per day if you want a 90, 2 hours per day for 80, etc.

Serious answer: You just have to make sacrifices. Sometimes I'll give up video games to make time for anime, or vice versa. Sometimes I'll give up anime to spend time with my friends. Sometimes I won't play games for a week and read a book. I've had tons more time in my day since I stopped playing League of Legends years ago; my grades have improved too. Just do what's most important to you at that moment and save the rest for later.

that's why I want to be a NEET. full time work makes you have to sacrifice those things. yes, you can do both, but you have to be a bit more organized or else it's easy to just come home and sleep. not to mention work takes energy that makes it hard to want to do anything else but sleep/eat.

I'm a biochemistry grad student with a likely similar load to yourself, as a medical student. Here's the obvious protip: use a weekly calendar, follow it, and allot time for everything you do.

It's the most useful strategy that every Med, Law, Pharm, and grad student, needs to be able to utilize. Be efficient, and mindful during classes and you'll be able to study less as well, while making time for things that you enjoy.
