| Anyone here got any that they use/used in the past? I'm not particularly talking about selling drugs or stealing, but just regular ways of making money... what I've been doing is basically... My school's library gives out books they don't need every couple of weeks, and leaves a new huge cart/trolley of free books by the computer labs. Most students ignore this, and it just sits there. I come and take books that look remotely brand new and in good condition, or any books with a high cover price, remove any library stickers and serial numbers, and I return them to indigo/chapters bookstore, claiming that I was gifted these books with a nonexistent gift receipt. I get in store credit equal to the book's cover price. So far I've been doing this for six weeks, and I have made around $1700 in a bookstore gift card, "returning" probably around 6 dozen books or so.. Anything that I can't sell back to the bookstore, I sell to a used book store, e.g. BMV so worn out books with a high cover price, (hardcovers) are good too. |

| This is one way, but you only get Walmart credit unless you're good at sweet talking the ladies at the return center. Go to walmart, go to shoe section "try on boots" the most expensive ones, take off the price tag and such, put them back in the box, walk with the box to the return center and say you didn't like them or they were a present, etc. Easy 90$. What they do is hook you up to machine to pump out you blood, spin it in a centrifuge and put the blood back in you. | Accepting tip from customers is heavily discouraged in my line of work (especially since it's a state-funded company), and yet i keep doing that on daily basis because for the love of God, no sane human would just leave money on the table. Not like it hurts anyone anyway. My monthly salary is quite average and if it weren't for that, there'd be no new PS4, PC, and laptop in my room. |

To be frank though, none of our customers seem to mind spending some pennies to reward our services, and we always gladly accept them. Literally everyone wins. |
