| What you guys think about it? I just read a thread about 2d and 3d, so I had the idea to create this thread. I don't really believe in true love or something. I don't think is possible love one girl FOREVER (and never leave her side), without any reasons behind. There are not such thing as "chosen one", "love at first sight", "soul mate". |

I too do not believe in the idea of soul mates, but rather we find approximations of compatibility among our partners. This doesn't exclude loving one person forever though, albeit this would be a rather rare thing, as in your life you are likely to find another person that is more compatible with you or have a relationship fall apart for various reasons. Having reasons behind why you stay with someone is a moot point. All behavior and/or actions are motivated by such. I don't see anything that supports that the main motivating factor can not be love. I would actually argue that relationships built with other factors at the root, tend to be very unhealthy in the long run and fall apart, although there are exceptions to everything. |
