| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Now that was just perfect. Many kawaii dresses and kute lolis. The christmas-y feeling it evoked without going full christmas in your face was very well handled. Also no Nina, which makes an episode automatically better (she seems to return next ep though so ;_; but Ichigo will return too(?) so there is still hope). |

| Man. There are some episodes in this series that make me wonder whether this show will go anywhere or hint at some kind of actual route or destination. And then there are episodes like this one that remind me not to overthink things and just come along for the ride. And what a ride this episode was! The commercial and the Xmas feel to it (as suggested by the OP) were just splendid. Seeing the kids' eyes light up was just heartwarming. Really wish I kept a list of Aikatsu episodes to rewatch, as this one would definitely make it, no doubt! And damn Madoka! She can really switch it up with the dispositions. Juri gotta simmer it down too because her elegance is getting too hot! haha |

| Probably the best ep for me in a while. The song was nice, the commercial was adorable, the episode was it was funny and heartwarming at the same time, and all the characters got a chance to shine. Even though it is the main? plot point of the season, the tour feels like filler to me. I would much prefer episodes like this where things focus on the idols and settings we already do know instead of introducing new locals and people for like, one episode. I heard there's a Shibuki Ran doll coming out in September 2016, looks divine. How adorable, even the kids call Risa, Risappe. Who wouldn't call her Risappe, she's got a lovely voice, character design and personality. Then we have Madoka who can be a bit too direct when speaking. Overall the concept for this episode was spot on. What better way to show gratitude to fans than by giving them Aikatsu dolls. And it also makes one appreciate the card designers, especially Amahane who at her age is hand sewing every Angely Bear. |

| Dandai = Bandai. A very meta episode about making toys for kids. So they decided to make dolls based on the real idols with dresses. Madoka and Rin made a really good pair. Cute and heartwarming episode like this are very welcomed every time. |
