| I'm gonna have to agree that even though I'm hyped, it's hard for me to expect greatness from this adaptation... the Rewrite visual novel is insanely long (one of the longest VNs) so lots of content will be cut out (please please please at the very least, do not make the anime just 13 episodes... make it at least 2-cour, preferably longer), and its divergent plot structure would be very difficult to adapt into a linear story. |

| 8-bit is the studio? Oh and look at that the same director as Grisaia no Kajitsu which was also terribly adapted and rushed. Whelp rip any potential this had. It'll be Little Busters all over again. |

| I'm interested in what 8-Bit will do with Rewrite. Better do something AT LEAST the level of Grisaia no Rakuen. Also, 2.4:1 aspect ratio like Rakuen would be great for ultrawide monitors lol |

As for which is best, people tend to be rather split. If you prefer emotional dramas, then Clannad and LB are better. If you prefer something more supernatural/mystery-oriented, then Rewrite is the way to go As far as ratings go though, all three of them are in the top 11 on VNDB so it's pretty close if you look at the overall public opinion It didn't sell as well in as Clannad and LB in Japan though |

I thought it wrapped up everything nicely. I honestly just try and block out the adaptation, but from what I can remember it wasn't butchered as bad as the first season. It wasn't perfect by any means. As others have mentioned, the Rin 2 route was rushed to the point of basically not being adapted. You got some pictures at the end of an episode during the end song I think. And then you have Masato's story and his parting which was poorly done. And then the bus crash wasn't done correctly. Everything else I thought was fine. I have it on my favorites just for the sole purpose of hopefully getting people interested in it if they come across it and maybe check out the novel because, in my opinion, Refrain was Key's best work. |

| If we're just talking about individual routes, then yeah I think most people would agree on Refrain being their peak I still prefer Rewrite over LB as a whole though since it's consistently entertaining on a much higher level even if it never peaks quite as high as LB does (or Clannad for that matter) |

The common route was great though. |
