It's pretty obviously that Naraku has a habit of betraying others...god would someone just kill him already >.< But it would be good to have Abi in Inuyasha's group since she's quite strong, it's a shame that she end up getting killed though.

So, Abi-hime's mother was a giant, flaming chicken. The portal to the other world has finally been opened. Can't wait to see what's on the other side.

Does that mean that Abi-hime came from an egg ?

Don't talk to me about character development if Kaizuka Inaho or Slaine Troyard are in your favorites.

Yeah. Kagura and Kohaku could probably join, too.

Angelus <333 This has to be my favorite Inuyasha song out of all the OP/EDs. Sure it may sound a bit different than what you're used to but that's what makes it better too.

To be honest Princess Abi had to die for all the humans she and her mother slaughtered. There was just no way I could see her joining up with Inuyasha.

This whole fiasco with the demon birds almost made me forget about the last jewel shard. Good to see we're back on track finally.

Abi was a fool and died like a fool. I don't have an once of pity for her.
Also, Inuyasha and co. seem to forget that even though Naraku had planned since the beginning to betray them, Abi and her mother still betrayed him first, based on speculation. They got the outcome they should have expected.

Kagome is always so funny. She's so easy to read.

That chicken was surely dissapointing. All goes as planned for Naraku, so Abi's "betrayal" could hardly be called that...
I realy don't see how the trouppe are expecting to defeat Naraku. He is simply unbeatable. I mean, there is no way he can be defeated in combat, but he can easily off any and all in the group. Only Kikyou could hope to destroy Naraku, and that was before he got rid of Onigumo. Then he just killed Kikyou. If she didn't fall into the river, nothing would have stopped Naraku from grinding her to dust.

I love Kikyo's character development here. When InuYasha went to see her, you can see she's truly focused on her goal of destroying Naraku already. Even though InuYasha is trying to bring back their romance from before by asking her to stay so he can protect her, she always steers the conversation back to Kagome, and helping them destroy Naraku. Kikyo has already realized and acknowledged that she has no place in InuYasha's (future) life anymore, because Kagome is with him now, so she arranged that meeting simply to advise him and give the arrow to Kagome.
What makes it more sad is that you can see with Kikyo's hesitation and face when InuYasha asks her to stay that she still has her feelings for InuYasha. But she knows she is already dead and remains focused on her goal, always steering the conversation back to helping Kagome.
I applaud Kikyo for her maturity here :)

And on a less serious note, Abi's mother was a huge disappointment me. That ginormous eye surrounded by darkness was making me expect the mom to look like some badass giant version of Abi but nah. It was just a pigeon thing

You basically pull most of the words out of my mouth. Inuyasha basically can't choose so Kikyo does the choice for him since she knows she is already dead. And yea, it shows how mature she is as a character compare to Kagome who always gets jealous when Inuyasha even things of seeing her. If Kikyo was alive, this would have been so different.

Lol it might sound delusional but I kinda felt bad for Abi and her mom, glad InuYasha did too. InuYasha WOULD pick Kikyo if he could, she just wants him, Kagome and the others to be safe she knows that she's dead and she's come to terms with it. I wish InuYasha could as well and that Kagome wouldn't get jealous every 5 seconds even though she's only 15 lol. We're almost at the end, I've been watching InuYasha for 13 years and I never finished it so I'll finish it tonight on the last day of 2016 and start Final Act in 2017.

So abi's mother is a chicken, who together with abi controls pterodactyls

This series never ceases to amaze me, when they come up with actual plot

of course naraku used them and then disposed them, it's obvious....

tekkei is large bird, and though said to be hell bird, naraku killed her pretty easy.

now their "adventures" in the border starts!

It's interesting that Kikyo figured out Naraku's plan, even though she asked Inuyasha about details since didn't even knew what happened up to this point.

It's sad that the main group doesn't have anyone capable of advanced planning and counter-planning, aside from Miroku from time to time. I guess it would be too easy otherwise.

Naraku finally showing up, as always he has been the coward we all know hiding behind
his shied, at least he finished those birds in matters of seconds which could have taken
Inuyasha few episodes to do.

Yeah she is really sharp, and has way better setting than most the main
cast, almost feels like the author loved her that much to give her such details.

Well no surprise here, the bird-demons were way too easy to exploit for Naraku.

13 episodes left but new OP. Not bad.

Inuyasha meets up with Kikyo to check on her and Kagome's still jealous. I guess episode 48 really means nothing?

Kinda sad that Princess Abi is dead. Wish she stuck around for a bit longer. Oh well. Not like she didn't deserve it. I do give her credit for not trusting Naraku but she and her mother severely underestimated him. If they set aside their differences with Inuyasha and teamed up with them then they might've had a fighting chance. I just don't get why Koga gets to live but Abi doesn't. Those damn Shikon jewel shards sure are something.

Abi's mum is a huge chicken... Well, they do look a like a lot lmao. I wonder if Abi can become a huge fire chicken like her mother.
