| why the heck didn't xiao wu fight? She used to be as strong as mc... kinda disappointing to see her nerfed for a noble sacrifice. She was able to learn skills etc. but what now? Hope she fights or something |

| I just read all 147 so I will write a little of my thoughts in the next chapter but I have to mention here. Ah, I am little sad that this didn't happen earlier. Not the fusion thing of course but the removal of Xiao Wu. I didn't like her at the beginning. About 50 chapters later I managed to cope with the fact that she is there. (even when she was quite uninteresting boring and kind of hold back the story. The fact that there were other female characters in the show that seemed much better and interesting than her didn't help either) Then another 50 chapters later I gave up on the main romance of the show and started to ignore it as after all, the romance part wasn't that big in this story. At long last though she served the purpose that she was probably supposed to serve from the very beginning. I though is that the author simply didn't think that it will take 150 chapters to get to this point. (I was kind of guessing the fact that she kept on calling Tang "brother" was a hint that they won't get the happy ever after ending.) |
| So all the romance bullshit was so he can get some super power up which by the way seems to be exactly what his mother did with his father so it went completely cliché? And still no explanation as to why this spirit monsters look human. Anyway now his gonna reach the level the clan expected from him and deliver that Title Doulou head from Spirit hall they asked from him at the same time since now those Title Doulous will be exhausted and have the beast getting out of their attack and Tang attacking them from the other side. |
| I can't deny it man, this shit's epic! The 10k yo King Kong is so cool, I hope he doesn't die. That said, how Xiao Wu turns from a strong lady to become a weak lady needed to be protected even though she's a 100k yo spirit beast is beyond me. Tang San pretty much did everything for their escape and Xiao Wu was just there.. running along..? But okay, plot. edit: also forgot to mention how Tang San just removed a spirit bone which was said to be impossible to switch out. Unless he crippled his leg or that the part in which he removed the flying spirit bone couldn't have another spirit bone, that's pretty much a plot hole. (or you know, Xiao Wu's sacrifice heals everything for him, as good as new, that's also one way to explain it I guess) |
