Heh, no new OP song this week. I guess it'll show up next time? I know it's sometimes in November.

The duel was pretty intense. I swear, their introduction pose was something out of a fighting movie. Gongenzaka got hit pretty hard but I think he did well in this duel. Gotta love how he won that in style!

The intro shows good characterization, but they really didn't need the ambush Yuya sidestory. The duel is pretty good though.

Nice to see new Battleguard/Barbarian cards.

The ambush sidestory was a bit unnecessary, but it shows the trust between Yuya and Gongenzaka. The Duel was great, but not too mindblowing.

Seems like Yuya is finally up next. Can't wait for that!

Reading it on YGO wiki I"m excited to see next episode. Sawatari really are using Hermit Youkai. I think new archtype will also make appearance. Yin Yang user will be facing Gongenzaka, Qliphort user will be facing Yuuya, Shaddoll user will be facing Sora/Yuzu and Tellarknight user will be facing Yuto/Shun.

Kickstarter for Rokujouma is fully funded. Good work everyone. Lets wait for the result of our hard work together.

Another great episode. After last week's episode which I said was the best episode of Yu Gi Oh Arc V so far, I didn't know if this episode could keep my interest.

But it was a pretty good episode. The more this Ankokoji talked, the more I wanted Gongenzaka to kiss his butt. Just beat him, I had the same feelings that Yabia had which was you better not lose Gongenzaka to this punk. I wouldn't be able to stand if this guy won. Opposite from last week's duel, I liked both duelist and yay I was rooting for Yuzu, but just a duel I had no hatred for Masumi, but this guy, dam he pissed me off. I swear right now Ankokoji is the character I most hate in this series. At least Shingo has some flare and can be entertaining, this guy is just a generic bully with no redeeming qualities.

Speaking of Shingo, I wouldn't be surprised if the Yuya ambush that Shingo wasn't behind that and had something to do with it. Maybe he knows he can't be Yuya, so get a cheep forfeit victory. He has the money if he wanted to hire Ankokoji and his gang to eliminate Yuya.

I thought Yaiba reaction to the duel was nice, he did act like Sora a bit in acting like this was much about him as it was Gongenzaka, but doesn't cross the line of arrogance and imply Gongenzaka was just his puppet, it just got a little emotionally. But this does mean that Gongenzaka and Yaiba will face each other at some point in this tournament. Who will win? Doesn't matter, neither character is going far in this tournament, they both could use that win. Giving Gonegenzaka already had this big win, and Yaiba is probably just going to beat some nobody off screen in the first round, I think Yaiba needs the win just a little bit more.

Looks like they are saving Sora vs Shun for last, which is good, I mean we all know Yuya is going to beat Shingo, it is not really compelling, but Sora vs Shun now that is something I am interested in seeing.

Next week, we get a new OP and ED, and one jerk down, one more jerk to go.

The episode was okay. I like how his 3-tribute monster can take control of an opponent's monster. Pretty cool. Next episode will be Shingo vs. Yuya. It will be interesting if he will use Pendulum Summon.

He will be using Pendulum Summon because he use Yosenju/Hermit Youkai in the preview.

Almost Sora vs Shun just hold a bit more.....go on win already Yuuya hopefully 1 episode and maybe 1 and a half for Sora vs Shun

YES! I predicted Gong would use Battleball to synchro. However I wouldn't have gone for the suboptimal play like Gong did. Instead of synchroing for lv.10 Susanowo, I would've battleballed that lv.10 Shaman to summon for lv.12 Steam Train King. Also instead of equipping Gauntlets for +400 defense boost, I would've discarded Gauntlets during the battle phase to double the defense stat. The difference between Gong's play and the best play is his 4200 LP damage compared to what could've been 9600 LP damage provided that Gong use Steam Train King's effect to destroy Big Benkei and attack directly!
