| For me, it's a toss up between Gintoki, Spike, Konata and Okabe but I went with Spike in the end. It's been a while since I last checked the list and there are some characters I never expected to see so high up. Kurisu might be the biggest surprise. I didn't realize she had such a huge fanbase. |

If a poll on the forums had a good number of votes then you could compare it to the list itself and see the difference between mal users overall and those specifically on the forum. |
