Running like that is stupid it creates more drag, shortens your stride, makes it harder to breathe and will cause back and neck pain. If it what your saying was true wouldn't Olympic sprinters use it in the 100m sprint. I think the proper sprinting form generates the most speed. Usain Bolt, 100m sprint, 9.64 s.
