I made the wrong mistake, I don't repeat myself twice so listen closely as just now I stripped down to my clothes as my team literally had their backs to the proverbial wall even though they all but clenched the title this little story's point may be mute but don't assume so as when you do you make a fool out of me and you and I assure you its point is most genuine as I could care less.

^ Can you solve it? What does it mean? e-peen points for the winner.

I am totally lost and confused. "They all but clenched"

"little story's point"

"stripped down"

No. If the answer were to be 42 (of which it is not) then that would make this the ultimate question (of which it is not) - from the movie.

It's quite cryptic and could be interpreted many ways. What I got was they made a very costly mistake that cost their team fame and the title. Though even if this story's point is barely recognizable it's important. So if you take it lightly you make yourself a fool and take the author for one. It's point is genuine as the author could care less.

Not sure if the riddle requires an answer but you should make it more obvious if so. Like say "What am I?" at the end of it.

In other words, you tried really hard to google the answer and found that the riddle might indeed be OC. You became buttfrustrated realizing that you couldn't figure anything out on your own without the help of your precious internet, and decided to take it out on OP instead.

I made the wrong mistake, and I wont say it twice so listen closely because just now I took off all my clothes and my team clenched their backs against the wall, so label the story's main point(mistake) and don't assume it has no meaning(mistake) because when you do, you make a fool out of me and you, and I assure you, this story has a meaning(mistake), but I couldn't care less about it(the mistake).

So you're saying that your teammates didn't like it when you stripped in front of them, and you're asking us to find the mistake in that, and you don't see stripping in front of your team as something wrong?

So, if the grammar holds the clues (implying a play on words), and the question is what does it mean (implying a play on ideas), either this is actually two riddles in one, or you are being intentionally misleading. And being intentionally misleading is also the theme of each of the supposed grammatical clues.

I'm leaning more toward the possibility that it's a play on words.

More seriously: this isn't a riddle. There is no problem or question here. This is just "can you decipher my nonsensical grammar" In other words, it semantic noise. Problem is, as soon as the rules are arbitrary, it is a shot in the dark.

No, it's an idiomatic expression meaning you made a costly mistake. Think of it like this, people make mistakes at work all of the time. A wrong mistake would be the one that gets them fired.

Given, that half of what the OP wrote was contradictions though, the OP probably did mean it to be a contradiction (jokes on em).
