| It's alright if they're not that physically strong (at first) but I hate the one's that also have weak wills and are cowards to an extreme sense. Like if they're in deep shit then it's okay for them to be scared and run away. But if they don't even try, that's what really gets me. |

One that comes to mind for me is Tsuna from KHR! I have no problems with those characters, but the ones that don't get significantly better by the end piss me off Ah, well it's a good show. Just know that Renton WILL piss you off. Funny thing about Shinji is I never thought I'd be so fascinated watching a character like Shinji. And for characters who start out wimpy and end up badass, SIMON from GURREN LAGANN. Holy crap, his development is amazing! |

| I only hate wimpy male leads when they stay wimpy but if they get over it and actually become powerful characters then it can be good. Like Yuuji Sakai (Shakugan no Shana) he starts out being a wimp and by the end he is one of the most powerful characters in the show, I'm not going too say how he becomes that because that would be a spoiler. |
