| MAN, Mifune & Black Star have the best fights, but this looks like it might be their last. Depending on how it ends it might actually earn the title of "epic." Now I have to wait another month.... :-( |

| Delicious blood spatter is delicious. that was so awesome that I came. this is how you do a fight in a shonen manga, something similar to a great boxing match: both fighters exchange blow after another blow until only one is standing. |

| I very much wish this was animated as this was another great great fighting scene,it seems any fight with Mifune and Black Star will be awesome by defintion. Would be interesting if both are dead(although I'm sure Black Star will win because its shounen). Where do you go from here? It would be Maka and Soul trying to retrieve Kid and making it a two man party. Anyways still a great fighting scene. |

| Best rivalry ever! Fast-paced, intense action & very bloody too. The flashback is great, suprised though that Sid is the one who took Black Star into Shibusen. Oh, and Arachne is still alive (still guessing she'll transform into a younger form) Anyways, pretty epic chap & deff can't wait for the next chap to come out =P |

| Oh wow - that was totally epic! *__* Ah, at first I looked at the art and character designs and I was a bit confused because I thought it had changed and had become weird. However, I loved the fact that it was different! The way it was presented, the raw jagged lines, dark sketches -- it just made their battle seem much more intense. I'm definitely loving Black Star's new personality. Ah, it was awesome! <33 Plus, the little Stein, Spirit and Sid flashback was sweet :) I need more Soul Eater! One chapter in a month is not enough... D: |

| I couldn't follow the whole fight, the artistic execution is lacking sometimes in my opinion. I want to give Ookubo credit for the art in this chapter, Whie Star's stare was the real shit, Black Star doesn't look like the old one anymore (face and hair) but I prefer the new version and those sketchy pages towards the end reminded me of Nihei, awesome job, Ookubo. |
