| Happy Ending!!! It was a shame they didn't have a 4 or 5 way docking as it would've been cool but it was still decent. Good to see Rei and the girls with their friendship. Overall I think the series was enjoyable although some parts could've been explained or done slightly better. Nevertheless the mecha transformation and friendships provided a good entertainment and the art was very detailed!! If it gets a second season, I'll look forward to it!! | Ah, finally we get to see the Vividred Operation! Akane and Rei's transformation was pretty cool but I'm dissapointed that their attack was a punch and not a giant boomerang or something. I thought Rei would pick a different choice when faced with the door. It doesn't matter as much because of the end anyway. Having watched SW previously, I was excited for this show. The two definitely share the passion for panty shots but Vividred has left me feeling hollow in comparison. Despite my favourite character being Wakaba, I didn't feel close to any of the cast. Whether that was due to the fast pacing or the generic themes of the show, my interest was dwindling with each episode. The sci-fi settin setting was great, I wanted to know more about the Manafestor Engine and how it operated. The enemies were the opposite, every time someone said "Alone", I cringed. Even from the opening, I felt that the level of this show's happiness rendered the threat of Alones void. I didn't feel any danger or threat towards the main cast. Rei, as a character, was a refreshing contrast to happy atmosphere. Her troubles and mysteries was what raised the most interest from me. Even so, I loved the OP song, the mayonnaise addiction and the docking transformations. 4/10. |

| ...I don't know how to start this. This was a very wonderful ending. First of all, this ending surprised me on two parts, I thought Akane was going to dock and fuse and whatnot with EVERYONE AT THE SAME TIME. Wow, just wow. Instead, they docked one by one. Like really? I thought they were gonna break the rules of some sort and dock together. Lol. Big dissapointment. I thought Akane was going to give Rei the key when she saved her, and (I know this idea is very screwed up) used the key to transform just like Akane, and THEN dock. But that was okay, I still liked how they docked without having Rei to transform. Strange, didn't see no sign or similarity of Rei in VividRed. It felt like it was just Akane womanized...like Rei was just her power source. I also thought Rei was going to stay in her Akane's world. I thought she was going to give it up. But instead, she went in. I didn't like how Akane did not tear up as much as I expected, I wanted her to burst into tears to see how much she loved her, like grab her and just cry and stuff. But she just stood their, and showed only tears in her eyes, I didn't see any fall... I wonder how Rei managed to visit Akane, that is one question still lingering in my thoughts. ....7/10 |

The only reason to do so is for fun.....not to be taken seriously. Sorry guys, but there has never been a single anime which the consensus will all agree on what rating it should be given. And even if the majority do agree, that still doesn't matter, it is ultimately purely subjective and as such it DOES make sense when you see a fluctuation of ratings from 1 to 10 on just about any anime that has ever been made. |

| I gave it a 6. The friendship theme that permeates the entire series makes me uncomfortable, I guess I'm getting cynical, at least to the theme. But it was good action / music etc that makes a good show, but it just feels like instead of giving me a spoon with friendship they try to drown me in the soup instead, by forcing it on me. ~Rewston |

| Oh this was really, really predictable, I was lmao in the previous episode and I could already predict what would happen in this one. Enjoyable show, but not because it's well done, I just laughed at how stupid it was all day long. I felt like I was being trolled and it was just hilarious. I'll follow my rating guidelines, I was daydreaming and trolling while I watched this, therefore it'll get 3/10. |

| I really loved every single episode to death and then...this episode happened. It just felt so bland in comparison to every other episode. I wanted to give this a 10/10 at the end, but it's getting an 8/10. The episode itself would probably be a 4/10. One of the most bland finales I've seen for a show like this. Still, up to that point it was loads of fun, so anything lower than an 8 wouldn't be fair just because the animators botched the final episode. And it ended well enough. Just watching the episode wasn't exciting. All in all, really hoping for another season! And for them to stop focusing so much on Rei. She's pretty much the most boring character in the show :( |

AT-X is starting the show next week and I'm sure they will show the uncensored BD content. 5/5 for the episode and 9/10 for the show, deep dish pizza cheese but I love it! Everything I expected and more from the original key art and PVs. How anyone could have expected something different is beyond me. Funny, enjoyable, switch my brain off and just have a good time anime. Great transformation sequences, lot of explosions, a talking animal of course. Just what I was looking for in this show. I had Shinsekai Yori and Pyscho Pass to make me think, that's not what this show was about. As I repeated to everyone, the manga and anime said only two way docks with Akane were possible. They didn't even break their own rules, impressive! Here's hoping for season 2! |
| Wow what an anime... Perhaps the most generic, incredible predicable, stupid, silly and cheesy anime I have ever seen. Ended how I expected, although for their final epic move, they call it a Vivid.... Punch! Really? Very creative there!. Happy ending, with all the loose ends perfectly and conveniently fitting together, but not without leaving out a possible second season with simply saying "This isn't goodbye". But no, just incase that wasn't obvious enough a hint, they added Rei standing in a final scene. Well despite the terrible flawed story, generic and cheesyness, it was enjoyable. But compared to other anime of the same genre I have seen, this was probably the worst. |

| Remember if you don't know how to end your story then just put "Friendshit" in there and every thing will be solved. The same way when you don't know what to do then push the "Bottom" to add Drama. |

| Would watch 20 seasons. All same plot each episode. Docking is beast. Also hoping the Kuroki at the end is the one of "this" universe and she is meeting Akane for the first time. |

| Well...chalk this up as a guilty pleasure for me. At times it channeled the spirit of Gurren Lagann(with the obvious references), at other times it reminded me of Evangelion. Not to mention the similarities to Madoka. I mean, come on, two girls having to GATTAI! so they can transform into a super-powerful girl? That's fun. And creative. 6/10 |

| not too bad, I gave it a 8/10 the girls are very cute, and they did know how to make that appear. unfortunately the plot didn't make much sense during all series and all those butt shots summed with some unexplainable events reduced my score to 8 still a potential good series |

| Why hate? It's your opinion, although the /a/ hivemind will disapprove lel I gave it a 9, because the whole friendship motive was kinda cheesy :P The ending was made in such a way to allow a sequel, be it OVA or a new season... |

| I'm a sucker for friendship during dire times and rescues, so I enjoyed the episode. Except for that last docking operation. Seriously, I was expecting a bow & arrow weapon, but instead it was a punch. Oh well... |
