| No such thing as toning OP. All you're doing is losing bf. You're not gaining any muscle at all and if anything you'll be even weaker than you were before you started "toning" @Post-Josh. But I like helping the new guys in the gym. Plus I like talking to people so more people the better. As long as they don't curl in the squat rack and leave the weights all over the place I'm good. |

| I've never bothered with new years resolutions, because the less standards you set, the less likely you are to fail at them. But, if I was going to set a resolution for myself. I'd like to be able to complete spring, summer, and fall semesters with atleast a B+ in everything. I'd also really love a job, but those are one in a million where I'm currently living. |
