The episode (I think the first) opens up with a scene at night where he pilots a mecha-like thing to attack a flying island fortress. The attack is thwarted and he is captured by this third party, but they decide to spare him (keeping him in a cage, hanging above the open ground). The next episode I can remember, they arrived at a school or academy or some such, and the boy was working as part of the school staff. I'm not sure about much more. If anyone can help me identify this so I can find and finish watching it, that would be awesome. It seemed like a really good start to a story. |
