| hah ha! take that, fangirls, ashido ain't goin nowhere, he even got the contrived "go on ahead without me as the exit is blocked by falling rocks" treatment! owned. Good to see we're done with this filler arc, since it didnt span out very long, I'd have to say it was overall very satisfying, and I don't really feel like it took away from the main storyline any. WTF @ shinigami cup though. I knew something was up when Doctor Science made an appearance, but that was just.... wow. |

I agree, Shiken, it was a quite good filler arc and wasn't that long to be horrible or detract much from the storyline. And roflmao @ Shinigami Golden. XD |

| I'm really surprised. This filler arc ended very well. Even Rukia was kicking ass. I'm also glad that Ashido didn't die. Can't wait for the main story to start again next episode. |

| The way they are using Gillians/Adjuchas as cannon fodder makes them look kinda pathetic. Anyway, Shinigami Golden was definitely the highlight. |

| A nice short filler that was fleshed out and none of the fights lasted too long. Nice to see Rukia pulled it back in this ep, i had a horrible feeling Ashido would save her from the attack and die - espeically seeing as they set it up with the 'i'll come back' from him which made me think he was going to get killed off. Still good filler, now back to saving Inoue! |

Same! I was ready for the stereotypical hero death and then that OST played and Rukia just fodderslapped that Adjuchas lol. I was glad Ashido didn't die but on the verge of tears when he stayed back. I know it would've sent the original plot-line to hell but I really wished he would escape and make it to Soul Society somehow. Ashido has the title of best filler character ever created, hands down. (IMO) |

| Only just realized this was a filler. A shame since it would have been nice to see Ashido join as an ally. This is probably one of the rare detours I don't mind in Bleach (unlike the next major filler arc...ugh...). But for now, definitely excited to see my favorite Espada Ulquiorra back on the scene. |

| Goodbye Ashido, you were a cool character. Forest of Menos is canon but I doubt they ever come back for him since it's technically still filler. |
