Lamperouge, Lelouch ! Ahh, good ol' Lelouch. A fascinating protagonist who was more often led by emotion rather then logic, but in the end always got the job done. I really enjoyed watching him. Furukawa, Nagisa ~ Nagisa is probably the one anime character that managed to evoke the most emotion from me, she was on my favorites list too for a while. She's just so sweet! Suzumiya, Haruhi ~ Haruhi is just fantastic to watch, there is never a dull moment when she's on screen. Easily my favorite character from that series, although Kyon isn't too far behind. C.C. ~ Personally, did not see the big deal with her. I think I had too high of expectations, after all the good things I heard about her character. Yui ~ There is something very amusing about Yui, she was always so much fun to watch. Hilarious. Holo ~ She's witty, charming, intelligent, pretty, there's a lot to like about Holo! Shana ~ Didn't really like her very much in the beginning, but she grew on me... A little bit. Okabe, Rintarou ~ Only seen a bit of SG, but he seems cool. Kuroi, Mato ~ Only have the OVA to go off of but she didn't leave a huge impression on me. Her as Black Rock Shooter was pretty badass though.

Kipcha Soul Eater Evans Of course I love Soul! He's awesome. Him and Maka make a good couple. Suzaku Kururugi Although everyone hates him I actually liked Suzaku by the end of Code Geass. Spinzaku foreva! Tamaki Suoh My favorite host! It will always be him and Haruhi. He's just so sweet and has such a great heart :D

@SmartAlex I know most of your favorite characters, so I guess this should be cool. Spike Spiegel- Really cool character; he kicks ass and has such a tragic past. Ed- Looks like you're quite the Bebop fan lol. Ed was a good comic relief character, but she could have been fleshed out more. But I guess that's the appeal of Bebop; it leaves you wanting more. L Lawliet- Easily the most likeable character in Death Note IMO. He's a little too strange to be a favorite of mine, but he's very memorable. Light- To be honest, Light is a huge asshole to me lol. Over time I've taken Death Note less seriously; I recently watched some OVA covering the first half of it, and found myself laughing at Light more than anything. Lelouch- Love me some Code Geass. I find Lelouch very interesting. I actually think about his actions a lot; he has a good dichotomy between hero and villain. C.C.- Another one of those characters I wish was better fleshed out. R2 really should have answered more of the questions Season 1 opened about her. But yeah, C.C. is a loveable pizza-addicted witch. Death the Kid- I'm not a fan of Soul Eater lol. If I had to rank the 3 main characters, 1 is Black Star, 2 is Death the Kid, 3 is Maka. The only reason why I like Black Star more was that he used a sword, and his attitude was just more likeable to me.

@SmartAlex Spike- What a badass. If I could add a couple more spots for favorites he would be one of them for sure. He was so much fun to watch. Bang. Ed- Wow I was unaware that was her full name. She was cute but I didn't really care for her. I always prefered Spike/Vicious. L- I agree with his philosphy and he was the perfect character to face off with Light. Sadly, Light was more interesting so I rooted for him. Light- I loved this crazy bastard. He may have killed many innocent people but damn he was a thrill to watch. Like Spike his last scene was also iconic. Lelouch- Similar to Light but I didn't like him as much. He made some very stupid decisions but in the end he was also very fun to watch. CC- Eh. She was ok. I liked her backround story but Ryuk>CC for me. My bad Orange I didn't mean to ninja you. One second I'll get you too. Hiei- He was probably my 2nd favorite after Kurama. Too quiet but was easy to like. Vegeta- I really liked this guy early on but by the end he was a complete joke. Shame too, he was one of the better characters in the start. Grimmjow- He was pretty cool but I always prefered Ulquiorra. The tough guy attitude isn't my favorite character type but he fit the role just fine. Jeremiah- Didn't care for this guy. I don't remember him too well anyway. Bradley- Hell yea. This guy was just a badass in FmaB. Along with Greed he was my favorite homonculi. His final scene was powerful and touching.

@Telesis Johan Liebert - A great villain. His great charm hides his true cold- heartedness and he's got a lot of depth and mystery surrounding him. He always leaves you wondering until the very last episode. Light - I hate him with a passion, for reasons that have been stated a million times by now so I won't go into that. He's so deluded, I think maybe that's why I hate him but love Johan. Also, he doesn't have much depth to him if you think about it. Okabe - He is awesome. Quirky and funny, especially when he speaks engrish to sound cool. And I love his development in the anime, especially when he mentions the apathy he eventually falls into. Jin - I'm just a fangirl for him. I always liked the silent stoic characters for some reason. Seeing him in situations that make him uncomfortable, like the eating contest, is always amusing. Edmond Dantes - I love this guy. He's so suave and cool, you can't help but be drawn in by his personality and want to trust him, when all along he was just manipulating everything and everyone for his revenge, which he's eventually consumed by in the end. Even though we as the audience know this, he makes us question that during that one scene where it appears as if he's crying about deceiving Albert but in actuality it turns out he was really laughing. And I love his character design, blue skin and all.

@SilverDemon Only 7 characters in your list so the 3 characters minimum doesn't apply Gilbert Nightray - He was a great character in Pandora Hearts. At times, he's all class but one alcohol can turn him into a comical version of himself. Lawliet L - One of the greatest masterminds I've seen in anime. He was the driving force behind Death Note. His intelligence is unrivaled and actually tops that of Light. Oh and he's a sweet tooth.

Nagato, Yuki - I like her, but not enough to think she is particularly special. Quite entertaining, sometimes, though. Lucy - I have not watched enough of it to say anything but 'Scary' about her:( Kasuga, Ayumu - Lol. That about sums her up, to me. Kamina - Badass, basically. I feel that summed up just about everything about him, which is not necessarily a compliment. Holo - I never liked her as much as most people seem to do. I mean, shes cool and all but I just did not feel like she was as amazing as all that. Perhaps I need to rewatch it one day to try improving my opinion of her. Seto, San - She is awesome. Highly entertaining.

@miereneronaile Tohsaka Rin- My favorite female character of all time. She's a character that continues to grow for me. She was good in the FSN anime but the reason she's my favorite is because of the VN. She did so much throughout FSN. Without him Shirou would be screwed in any of the 3 routes. She's without a doubt the most intelligent character in FSN. She's such a great magus at such a young age. I can go on and on about Rin, so I guess I'll stop here. Meiya- The most kick ass female in Muv-luv. She wasn't my favorite female in Muv-luv but I can definitely see while people like her. Yuiko-I played her route first so I really liked her. Her romance with the MC was the best IMO. Kanade- I preferred Yuri over her. She is pretty cute. I don't really like silent type characters but Kanade was pretty good. Saber- I prefer her in Zero over FSN. She's a character that got better for me overtime. She's probably my 3rd favorite female in the Fate verse. Haru- Well she was a decent character IMO. But I guess I did prefer her over any of the other females in G senjou. The character that made the game for me was Maou, so I didn't really care about the females to be honest. Haru was pretty hot though.

@Ragna92 Sakata Gintoki - what's not to like about this guy. he is so drop dead gorgeous in his own way, he is absolutely funny which is always a great trait in guys, he also packs quite the punch (with his sword of course). Cell - what's not to dislike about this freak. he is ugly as hell in all of his forms (i mean green is not a good look), he thinks he's funny (he's not btw) with his dark & sarcastic sense of humour, but hell can this guy fight (granted most of his moves are all but copies). on a side note absolutely loved the scene where he decides to self-destruct but gets his plans thwarted when goku teleports himself with cell out of earth (basically loved the reactions of gokus family & friends). Tohsaka Rin - like her, thought she was rather cute (yeah, that's all). Smoker - hate the arrogance of this guy thinking luffy doesn't deserve the price tag on his head just because luffy can't beat him, i mean come on dude how can he when you can go from solid to err... non-solid, so obviously he can't possibly land a single hit on you, also the weapon that's made out of sea stone that he has got makes him an absolute cheat, i mean come on! however now that luffy has learnt how to utilise his haki, i just can't wait until the next encounter they have with each other (unless they already met in the manga) then luffy will most definitely show who's BOSS.

@Zylixae Monkey D., Luffy - The best thing I have to say here is that his fights are normally entertaining, and he is driven. I like driven characters. Holo - Meh. Not bad, not amazing. Can never understand the hype with her but ohwell. Yasuri, Shichika - Great character. Quite entertaining and a total badass. Togame - At least as good a character as the above imo. Not just some boring shallow woman, thats for sure. Also very intelligent, iirc, which is always a plus. Nico, Robin - I think she is fairly boring, tbh. Not an unpleasant person or anything, she just rarely did anything or said anything I found interesting:( @Ragna92 I was wondering how many times I would have to post in here before someone commented on Meiya, happened sooner than I thought it would haha.

@miereneronaile You commented on my favourite anime, I get to comment on your favourite characters :) Tohsaka, Rin - My favourite Fate girl. UBW is the best route. I liked her in Fate. I loved her in Unlimited Blade Works. I admired her for what she did in Heaven's Feel. Best Tsundere out there in my opinion. Mitsurugi, Meiya - Pretty much the best character in the Muv Luv series. How I wish the she was the canon love interest. Oh well, Sumika was good too. Only thing I didn't like about Meiya was her hair. She looks like a starfish. Kurugaya, Yuiko - Funniest girl in Little Busters. Second funniest in the game tied with Masato and behind Kyousuke. Her route had a nice start, but never really got a proper ending. That "true" end of her's was garbage. Tachibana, Kanade - Best character in Angel Beats. She seems really silly at times, but she was adorable and epic the rest of the time. Got depressed in the end after she left. Saber - Second best Fate girl. I sometimes think she's overpowered though. Well that's to be expected from the Main heroine. I loved her more in Fate/Zero than in Fate/Stay Night because of her conflicts with Kiritsugu. Her relationship with Iri was adorable. (Until later on of course) Makise, Kurisu - Second favourite tsundere. She was my favourite from Steins;Gate and the character I think about whenever I think about Steins;Gate. I'm glad she "won" in the end. Her relationship with Okabe was HNNNNNNNNG-worthy. Akemi, Homura - Second favourite character in Madoka (First is obvious XD). I liked her from the start. But episode 10-11 made me LOVE her. And her design is so nice. Her dedication to Madoka was also touching. Usami, Haru - THAT FINAL ROUTE. THAT TRUE END. THAT EPILOGUE. All my mindfuck and all my tears. One of the best routes and on of the best VN heroines out there. She is crazy cute. She was the reason I read G-Senjou. All the other heroines were average. But she was perfect.

@KyouEri Sakura, Kyouko: Hands down my favorite puella magi. She's a gorgeous character. I love everything about her. She's a badass and also very human, with obvious flaws on her behavior, but also reasons to be the way she is - while deep down she cares to fight for the ones she love once again, even if on the first time she did it things didn't end up well. Great choice, she needs more love. Makise, Kurisu: One of the best character in Steins;Gate. She was smart, useful, supportive and adorable. Just that kind of person you want to be friends with. I loved how she was always there for Okabe, and how clever enough she was to notice everytime that he had came back from the future. I don't blame people for falling in love with her. She's a loveable person, after all. Tachibana, Kanade: Don't really care for her. She was overall just pretty generic. Fun to watch and cute sometimes, but that's all. I don't hate her, I just don't see why people love her this much. She had nothing to make her special enough to be favorited, imo. Sakagami, Tomoyo: Well, out of all the girls in Clannad I'll admit she was my least favorite one. But that's not saying much, since I like all of them. I really liked Tomoyo's personality and attitude, but I was disappointed she didn't do much on the show. She was just there, you know? Not even a story arc. And I was also quite angry she and Sunohara didn't become a couple, I was rooting for it. But anyway, I think she was a good character, but I happen to much prefer Kyou, Nagisa, Fuko and Kotomi over her. Kyon: Awesome, this guy is awesome. He's one of the most entertaining people I've ever seen. Love his sarcastic manners, lines, and those facepalming moments. He's well developed, too. Nothing to hate about him, because honestly, the guy is made of awesome.

@MedukaMeguca Edward Elric: While not a particularly bad character in any way... he never struck me as an extremely memorable character. Pair that with the fact that FMA brought some of the most memorable comic relief characters ever conceived and you start to forget about him a little. So really... he wasn't bad as a main character, but I would never consider him as top character material. Debitto and Jasdero: Ummm twins? uhhh let me see... Oh! those kids who fought crory that one time... Ya... don't remember a lot about them. Just another pair of gothic freaks really... Stocking: Only watched a few episodes of Panty Stocking over a friends shoulder so I don't really know a lot about her... From what I saw... ehh... kind of funny. I think I preferred panty.

@leingodf8 Isaac and Miria - This couple made my Baccano! experience wonderful. Though I find the show boring at times but when they show up that boreness is gone. One of the comedic duos that I like Maes Hughes - Ah that guy who keeps saying how cute his wife and daughter is. His death did not emotionally moved me much but its sad that how he dies he is saying that there is a wife and daughter waiting for him to return

@BlueKite: Tachibana Kanade: she WAS the most interesting character in Angel Beats, even I have to admit that and I don't even like the show. Hei: "chinese electric batman", awesome, yada yada nothing to say that you don't already know. Roy Mustang: he was a strong contender for my own favorite characters list. He has a lot of depth. Okazaki Ushio: well, this is a surprise, as she only appeared in a handfull of episodes. Is it the innocence? Or because she's a daughter placeholder, signifying dreams of a happy family one day? Hanyuu: I liked Rika better, although both score points for mystey. Mayuri: I liked her the best out of SG girls too, although Kurisu was close when started being supportive. C.C.: Nothing to say. Hot and awesome. Saber: I disliked her in Stay Night, but I adore her in Zero. If it wasn't for that first series I'd add her to my favorite characters too.

@Lein Kyon - A very great narrator (I'm sure this has been said a million times, but it's never enough ^^). I like his literal nature and sarcasm as opposed to Haruhi's crazyness. They were a perfect balance for each other and Kyon for me was the real star of Suzumiya Haruhi. Kyouko - I love her ^^. Her kind and caring nature was too good for Sho and it's his loss that he never appreciated her. Seriously, he must of been blind to call her plain, I thought she was beautiful from day one. Her vengeful nature mixed in with her persistence to become a star is what made Skip Beat so enjoyable. She has talent but she never lets it get to her head and always puts in effort, very admirable. Ren is far better suited for her and I hope to read the manga soon if S2 never airs, the anime stopped at such a frustrating spot. Maes Hughes - Oh man. FMAB is my favourite anime by far and Hughes is one of the biggest factors in it being so. Hell, he is the biggest factor in Roy being my favourite character too. I never knew I could cry while watching anime until I watched episode 10. He was an admirable father and a hilarious yet fierce friend for Roy. At first he was a superb comedy relief character but as the story progressed and I saw the flashback in Ishval with Roy, Hughes and their Ishval friend in the OVA, I gained even more respect for him. Seeing him and Roy as rivals as teenagers and slowly acknowledging one another was a treat in it's own. I will never forget the line, "I've got a wife and daughter waiting for me at home" and Roy's flames of Vengeance in episodes 53 and 54. --- @Kiraly Xellos - It's always a pleasant surprise when I see a Slayers character on someone's favourites. All the better when it's Xellos the Mazoku Priest. He is one sneaky guy and we all love him for it. Since the very beginning he had his own plans and co-operated with Lina and friends the entire series only to fulfill them. That said, he is no where close to being a traitor since Lina acknowledges this fact and sees Xellos as "handy", I like their mutual beneficial relationship as it is a very unique and different idea compared to the majority of anime groups/companions. He has saved their lives on many occasions and has shown concern outside of his orders from Zelas Metallium here and there which proves that he is a high level Mazoku (the fact that he can self-assess and is free to feel/do whatever he sees fit). Izaya - You seem to like sneaky bastards who have their own hidden agenda :P One of the 3 interesting characters in Durarara. Though Kida and Shizuo were my favourite, he's right up there with them. I'll admit that I was more interested in what was going on when he was on screen. I like how he manipulates people while teaching a lesson and could care less about the norm. Iskander - The positive energy guy of Fate/Zero. Emiya Kiritsugu is my favourite Fate character by far but I have to admit that out of the new servants, he stole the spotlight. His casual, fun approach to the HGW and interest in modern human things is what makes him fun. If I were his master I wouldn't hold him down like Waver, we'd be partying, playing games and picking up girls everyday. ^^

@-Shuda- not going to go into that much detail as you, would take to long tbh. anyway. Roronoa Zoro - what a badass right, love the no sense of direction he has got, also i don't necessarily like the 3 sword style, with the sword in the mouth thing (which is stupid imo), much prefer 2 swords, one of the epic scenes i really enjoyed is where he confronts one of the celestial dragons infront of a crowd containting some of the 11 supernovas, that was in episode 393 just so if you're wondering. Fair Zack - played the crisis core game on the psp, it was my first taste of FF, i remember leveling up quite a bit and stopped playing once i got my 360. Dreyar Laxus - all i can say is, he is one of my favourite characters in fairy tail probably after Gajeel. Takamura Mamoru - also in my favourite character list, i may not like him for the same reasons you do, but all i can say is that he is one extremely funny guy. Mustang Roy - Yada Dai Kirai.

@macedadon Yuno Gasai - I've only seen four episodes of Mirai Nikki, but from what I've seen she's certainly making the show for me. I've recently realized I'm something of a yandere fan, and she is probably the prime example. Gintoki Sakata - Again, I've only seen a few episodes of Gintama, but it seems like this will be a fine protagonist indeed. He's already made me crack up a couple of times. Mamoru Takamura - Shared favorite. I pretty much share your sentiments, he is extremely funny. He steals every scene he is in. And let's not forget his fight with that bear. @pereztaastic Honey - At first, he just seems like your stereotypical "cute" character. But when you get into the backstories of the characters, you'll see a deeper character. A good character, but there are other Ouran hosts that I find much more loveable. Hinata Hideki - I don't remember too much about him, but he was a pretty funny character and his relationship (if you can call it that) with Yui was very entertaining to watch. Kazuma Yagami - This guy is just hilarious. He is endlessly witty, and he's pretty much what made Kaze no Stigma for me. He's a good character. His backstory isn't perfect and his morals are often strange, but for what it's worth he's a joy to watch.

@recheebts Kamina- Meh sums up my feelings for Kamina. Sure, he was relatively badass but that is about it. Okabe, Rintarou - Amazing character, very nicely done. Entertaining and serious enough to just be great all around. Makise, Kurisu One of my favorites as well, great character. Sanji - This guy seriously pisses me off. I have never been able to like him at all. Zoro - Just another badass, though I like him more than Kamina. Kyon - Good protagonist, he has a highly entertaining sense of humor that is very important to the whole series, for me.

@eyeless Usui Lelouch - An actually likeable incarnation of Light, with much better motives. For all of the insanities Code Geass contains, it has a great lead character. Usui - Love this guy, he definitely made the show for me, great male lead. Endlessly witty and funny. Senjougahara - Another wit-filled person. I wish we could have seen more of her... Ami - Shared favorite. The most mature Toradora character, experienced a lot of character development like the rest. Miria - No Isaac? Having one without the other just feels wrong. But they're a great comedy duo and are two of the best things about Baccano. Death the Kid - Symmetry! Probably my favorite Soul Eater character. Very funny to watch, also something of a badass. @Slurpentine Claire Stanfield - If my avatar is no indication, I frickin' love this guy. Screw Ladd, this guy is the best Baccano character. He's awesome, scary, entertaining, funny, and manages to make a girl fall for him while he's covered from head to toe in blood. Yeah, this guy is great. Asuka - NGE isn't my favorite anime by any standard, but I did like her. I especially liked her in Rebuild 2.0, where we got some character development. Her past is definitely the most gripping in the original series. macedadon said: SweetDeception said: ^ if you dont bother to say more about other people's characters then i shall not bother too how rude, its hardly my fault that i only recognised 2 of her characters, also i don't want to hear that from you, you who wrote just a tad bit more than me. too bad, you got some good characters, would've liked to have commented on yours, but if you skip people, then you too will get skipped. It's all in the rules, mace. And this goes for others here as well. Taken from the OP: Oh, and another rule: If you haven't seen at least 3 of the characters on somebody's list, don't comment on it. This does not apply to people who have note filled every spot on their favourite characters list.

Kamina - I liked him, I'm fond of that kind of "epic" characters :D I prefer Simon after time-skip, but I know that without Kamina he would be still just a wimp! Sanji - I love everyone in Luffy's crew, but how he acts toward girls (especially toward Robin-chwan and Mellorine!) is an absolute WIN. Same with his fights with... Zoro Roronoa! - Can't decide if I love more him or Luffy! But Zoro is definitely one of the coolest characters in anime I ever saw. He's so cute when he gets lost xD Greed - And he is my favourite from FMA:B. I don't have to say that I cried hard when he died, and Edward called him his nakama... Kyon - Well, kinda cool protagonist. Though I've got a trauma after Endless Eight :P Ami Kawashima - I liked Minorin better, but still if I could make Ryuuji choose her or Taiga, I'd go with Ami-chan. @RLinksoul I know, I love Keiichi's version of "Dear You"! :D

@ Kitsu-nee Ichigo - He kicks girls and doesn't afraid of anything. I never liked how angry and violent he was. Minori - I did not know who her voice actress was until after I finished watching. Hauu Hauuu.. She was a fun character, in a "There's more to her than just silly quirks" sort of way. I always figured she'd get paired up with that other goofball, Kitamura. Sebastian - The only person who can wear a pink bonnet and apron and still be manly. I haven't seen this show so I can't comment further than that and finding it strange to see such a name in anime. Keiichi - Next to Satoko he was my favorite from Higurashi. I liked how he wasn't a complete pushover like you'd expect from a typical harem lead. And that voice... eargasmic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bsLnFBt4bM Orihime - Kurosaki-kun... Kurosaki-kun... Kurosaki-kun... But seriously. I feel for her. I know her life sucks and she doesn't have the killer instinct that would make her an effective fighter, but when you're a fighter in a shonen action/adventure series, especially one as mindless as this... you're not gonna be well liked if you just stand there, chanting the hero's name with your hands clasped together.

@ RLinksoul: Kinomoto Sakura - I have always wondered... what if she meets Madoka? I saw a fanart once of Sakura meeting the cast of Madoka and it was absolutely hilarious, despite Madoka being depicted a little inaccurately. Then again, she could just have been feeling worn out or something. Or having a period. Houjou Satoko - Ah yes, the little brat that I used to hate... until I've learned of her backstory. Admirable little girl that's probably stronger than most anime girls. I couldn't recall a 7 or 8 year old who could go through being orphaned, physically abused, losing her brother, while being stabbed over and over yet not shedding a single tear or let out a single scream. Beat that, Ripley. Yagami Hikari - Seriously? Little Miss Perfect? Okay, that was a cynical and untrue remark, but Hikari never really interested me, though I do recognize certain traits that made her so popular. Having to endure all the pressure and responsibility that come with being the lightbringer is tough enough for an adult warrior, let alone a teenager trying to live a normal life. She was still too submissive as a kid, though. Just saying.

@OminousFlare: Yay, a fellow Conan fan ^_^ Miki Sayaka: I liked her and really did feel sorry for her by the end, but I still prefer Homura or any of the other girls to her. Sonozaki Mion: My favourite Higurashi girl. She was pretty cool and not overly cutesy like some other Higurashi characters, which I liked. Hijikata Toushiro: Badass dude. His love of mayonnaise always makes me laugh. Sera Masumi: Strong female character. She's cool, and it's nice to have a female detective be a relevant player in the story for once. Also she makes things more interesting to read/watch since, well, she's related to the actual plot :P Really curious to see what's gonna go down with her. Edogawa Conan: I love Conan.I tend to like smart characters, and he's adorable on top of that. I won't deny I like to see him as Shinichi though, that's cool too.Really, they almost seem like different characters at this point since he's been Conan for so long. Kagura: My favorite female character in shonen so far.She defies the stereotypes of shonen's female leads by being badass, cute and as a plus never a target of any fanservice; she's pretty awesome. Vineyard Chris(Vermouth): All of the organization members are cool in their own way(like Gin) and Chris is no different; she's pretty damn badass.I'm interested to see what her connection to the Boss is and what her past is like too.But then again, I'm like that with all of the black org members xD Hattori Heiji: Haha, I really like this guy.His interactions with Conan are always amusing to watch, plus he's a great rival character. His denseness when it comes to love can be pretty frustrating, but it's also really funny at the same time. Fullbuster Gray: Don't care for him much and I found his stripping habit tiring after a while.Nothing really special about him to me really.

@skapandi -L Lawliet-I love him, he's a really unique character <3 I love his personality ^^ -Sakata Gintoki-Also on my list <3 One of the most epic characters ever, you just have to love him <3 -Usui Kazuyoshi-My 2nd favourite from the series (after Agata xD) <3 I absolutely loved his backstory (those were probably the best episodes of SKET Dance so far <3). Not to mention his personality, you just have to love him <3

@Heiwajima_Mayu -Heiwajima Shizuo - So good he should get his own anime, the episode in Durarara!! that was centered around him was easily the best one. -Kuchiki Byakuya - Everyone loves this guy, am I the only one who found him to be a bit of a douché? Then again, one of my favorite characters is Light Yagami so who am I to talk.

@Flaxman Yagami, Light - This guy needed to spend a very long time in an asylum. Not that he was not interesting, just that he was a terribly warped human being. I can't see why someone would 'like' Light, but I can see why they would favorites him. Was an interesting character. Ichimaru, Gin - I thought he was kind of boring, tbh, though in the end he turned out to be pretty cool(though still boring) I was not surprised by what he does, but I was surprised by why. He had a terrible sense of humor though, tbh. Sugisaki, Ken - Ahaha. AHAHAH. This guy deserves to be on more favorite lists, to be honest. Definitely one of the most entertaining characters I have had the pleasure to watch. It would be nice if the world ended up giving him what he wants, lulz. This is a favorite I can agree on lol. I am totally going to rewatch some of that series now.

@ Flaxman Yagami Light - One of my favorite characters too. I loved watching his duel with L, and the lengths Light went to in order to defeat L. Gin Ichimaru - I quite liked him, and I though his friendship with Matsumoto gave his character some interesting depth. Heiwajima Shizuo - A great wing-nut character from a show full of wing-nuts. I was constantly entertained by his over-the-top fits. edit - ninja'd! @ miereneronaile Tohsaka Rin - One of the best characters from Fate/Stay Night. I liked her as a protagonist in UBW very much. Tachibana Kanade - I liked the changes her character went through over the course of the series, though I disliked how she overtook Yuri as the female protagonist by the end of the series. Saber - I like her fight scenes, but I found her to be a fairly dull character overall. Makise Kurisu - An entertaining character who played off the rest of the cast very well. I especially liked her use of 2chan speak. Lafiel - A strong, and well developed character. I like how she is never the damsel in distress, and is so proactive. Akemi Homura - Episode 10 made her character great for me.

@miereneronaile Kanade - Never really liked her. She didn't really do much outside of your standard quiet Yuki Nagato silent character. Unless you count the ending, which was forced as hell and came right out of nowhere. But she was pretty awesome in action scenes, I must admit. Makise - Now this is a character I liked. Shared favorite. Her interactions with Okabe were really entertaining and consistently funny. Very nice character development as well. Homura - My favorite Madoka girl. She wasn't really anything special until that flashback episode, which gave her quite the depth. @one2the Light - Not my favorite Death Note character, but his mind games were always awesome and thrilling. He's one of few villains that has a large portion of a show's fans convinced he's some sort of tragic hero. Holo - Great character from Spice and Wolf. Her dialogue with Kraft was always fantastic. If not for her, the show wouldn't be anything but economics.

recheebts Kamina If there ever was a man with more manliness than any man in the world, Kamina would probably be it. I like Kamina, but I like Kamina's death Stanfield Claire It's very hard to put a definite description on Baccano characters, with their personalities being so fluid and constantly in flux (not to mention I only ran through the anime once), but I'll say Claire, as I remembered him, was quite the charming murderer, and definitely more likeable than Ladd Russo. I mean, you've heard of charming thieves and charming detectives, but not charming murderers you, the audience, could actually be fond of. Charismatic murderers (were heard of), maybe, but not charming. Sanji Not sure how I should feel about Sanji, either, as I not only watched the first 20 or so episodes of One Piece, but Sanji seems to be more complex a character than most shounen heroes (like Zoro, for example), despite seemingly being cast in the lone wolf category. Charming as he is, I'm always more fond of the hot-head than the lone wolf, so Zoro gets more likings from me than Sanji. :P Roronoa Zoro Let's see, what do I like about him? Other than the fact that he's voiced by Nakai Kazuya who also voiced my favorite character in Gintama, Hijikata Toshiro? As I wrote, I prefer the hot-headed, optimistic, heroic shounen that loves to pull his friends out of trouble and Zoro seems to be it. And come on, who else in the shounen world is as cool as Zoro (other than Sanji, maybe... maybe)? Well, maybe Hijikata. Greed Another shounen who loves to show off rather than act with his brain. Nevertheless, that's what's likeable about Greed, I guess, with him becoming an anti-hero in the end.

@OminousFlare Miki, Sayaka - Frankly, she was rather stupid. Not a bad person, or a bad character, just stupid. Still, I did not exactly dislike her, I just felt she was lacking in some rather important areas. I certainly dont think she holds a candle to Homura, lol. Hijikata, Toshiro - Meh. Nothing more than mildly entertaining to me. Might just be because I find the main cast funny enough on their own without adding the antics of these guys. Not that he wasnt funny, but eh. To each his own, I guess. Kagura - This I can understand more. One of the people that makes the show worth watching, imo. Not much more to say about her, really. Fullbuster, Gray - This guy annoys me. never really liked the way he interacted with Natsu. Then again, loud and arrogant people get on my nerves unless they are.. innocently arrogant and loud. Or yaknow, actually have more of a right to be arrogant. Ohwell.

@recheebts Kyon- Man, he's great as the protagonist of Haruhi Suzumiya. He's the only normal person of the SOS bunch and provides relatable "window" for the audince to view the series, which I like. His inner thoughts are fun to hear too; he's so sarcastic sometimes. Sanji- He's a very cool guy and an awesome cook/fighter. It's funny how he tries to get all the girls. Zoro- A tough-guy character. He's ok I guess (Well, really I like the whole One Piece crew). Ami- I'm only halfway through Toradora, but my gosh is Ami annoying; I'm mean I guess she can be kind of cute, but she can also be such a stuck up brat at times as well. Maybe she gets better later in the series. Kurisu- Ok so I haven't seen Steins;Gate, but I really like her character deisgn. And how does she keep that jacket on? It looks like it's about to slip right off. EDIT- Wait a second...she has belts on her arms. So nevermind. @OminousFlare Miki Sayaka- Not really my favorite Madoka Magica character, but she's ok. I didn't like her obsession with justice, but I kind of felt sorry for her. Her story was so tragic. Sonozaki Mion- I like her character; she gives off a protective older sister vibe and is a great leader for the Higurashi crew. I also like her a lot better than Shion. Fullbuster Gray- I'm not really far in Fairy Tale, but from what I've read so far, he's a pretty cool and hilarious guy. @miereneronaile Homura- So badass and cool. One of my favorite Madoka Magica girls. Yeah, ninja'd all right.

@DexilsxFruit Kurisu Makise - Pretty good character, worked with the rest of the cast well and was suprisingly cute. Yeah, thumbs up. Megumi Noda - She is crazy, but she's like Jesus on the piano. Hilarious female lead makes for a refreshing romance. Eikichi Onizuka - such a boss Rintarou Okabe - F'WAHAHAHAHA his antics weren't as funny or epic as some people claimed but he was a pretty entertaining guy overall
