Asexuality and messiah complex are two very rational and logical views that readers can come up with when reading the manga. If he didn't mention it, there definitely should be readers who thought about it already. OP also have a point. The manga could've ended without ever introducing Kumagawa (at the end of Medaka II and that king's fight), but his presence was already hinted at already. So they'll have to pull the fix on that. Personally I think that's a good place to end the anime. They could also disregard Kumagawa's presence at all in Medaka's life and still make an entertaining anime, I think. The only down side is we don't get to see the best troll get his screen time. |

I mean seriously, if the training with Medaka, the love deduction made by Zenkichi when he was trying to get a skill and when Zenkichi was fighting Munakata weren't pointing in the direction of their "supposed" love it should have f*cking been when he faced Medaka ll; it had the cheesy flash back of when they were kids thing, it had the "I turned back to normal because of you" thing and it definitely had the insinuated "I love you" somewhere in the middle ok rant over, but goddammit this manga just has it's own head up it's own anus now (¬__¬) other than that, WHERE THE HELL IS NAKED APRON SENPAI?!?! Quite correct. All indicated that Medaka had love feelings for him before and now suddenly they try to make it like she had none. It seems to me is more like the author just changes things as he goes along. Btw can anyone imagine getting a blowjob from that evil shark looking girl? What will happen to your dick.
