Mine's definitely Mami Ayukawa, I just love her voice very much. The first time I heard her songs was for Zeta Gundam's, Zeta~Toki wo Koete~ and I thought wow, she has quite a fantastic voice. I also loved her songs for L-Gaim and Dragonar too once I heard the songs for those series. In fact, I just added her to the database, I'm now waiting for the mods approval for the song credits to her page, here.

Kageyama is indeed one of the best.

However I believe the Japanese voice of God is Takayuki Miyauchi. He seems more popular for Kamen Rider stuff and whatnot though, didn't do a ton in anime but what he did was amazing (OP for Ging, Red Ribbon Army insert in DB, an insert song in GaoGaiGar, etc).

So how about putting these two guys together? BAM!

Here's an awesome one of Takayuki Miyauchi.

Like I said, God's Japanese voice!

When it comes to the ladies, I think Megumi Hayashibara takes the cake. I like Nana Mizuki a lot since she reminds me of Megumi's singing:

My favorite female VA though, Hiromi Tsuru I really wish did more singing. I randomly stumbled upon this video awhile back and I think she does a great job here. Not all VA's can do both singing and the VA thing, Megumi probably being one of the best at both. But as for Tsuru, it's awesome hearing her sing here:

I think Tomino always picked out some good singers too (at least I'm guessing he picked them out, seems like something he'd do since he was often involved with the lyrics). The girl who did the L-Gaim and Dunbine OP is amazing (MIO), and there's even recent videos of her singing that stuff and she still sounds amazing for her age.

Other favorite anison singers include, Mari Iijima-Macross:DYRL-Ai Oboete Imasuka, the voice behind the original anime idol singer, Lynn Minmay. Although she only worked on Macross, there is no doubt of the impact she left in the anison world with her wonderfully talented voice.

Out of my top three favorite seiyuu, I love Megumi Hayashibara-Blue Seed-Touch and Go! she is truly the most deserving of the title, queen of seiyuu because of both her acting and singing talent, Mariko Kouda-Marmalade Boy-Moment, I love Mariko's voice because when it comes to sweet, yet cute sounding performances, she is one of the best, and Junko Iwao-Galaxy in My Hands-Key the Metal Idol, her voice is just mind-blowing, so full of passion and I can't help but say she is up there with Hayashibara when it comes to versatility in both the acting and singing talent

The Gall Force ensemble had a pretty good lineup of seiyuu who are wonderful singers, I enjoy listening to their songs from the OST. My favorites of the Gall Force ensemble include Hiromi Tsuru, Naoko Matsui, Maria Kawamura, and Chieko Honda. and likewise the seiyuu of the Knight Sabers from Bubblegum Crisis, most notably Kinuko Ohmori the voice behind Priss, she has an incredible edge to her voice, and like Iijima with BGC being Ohmori's only major performance, she too left an impact in the industry.

For the male side, the soulful voice of Kei Ogura, the man behind many of LOGH's songs is who I enjoy most.

Venison singer ?....

Haha... Excuse me and my ignorance.

I never really got interested in that topic. May one comment in my profile to tell me exactly what "anison" defines ? That'd be kind.
