| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Flash back episode! 8D It was a pretty good episode. We find out what Gil has been doing in the past 10 years Oz was gone, and how he joined the Nightray house to save him. I loved those Break parts, especially when Gil found out he lost his eye. Those Vincent and Gil moments were cute. The brotherly love!! XD Creeps me out how Vincent tore up stuffed animals with scissors when he was little though. Early signs of a serial killer!? xD On another note. We see uncle Oscar in the ending~ |

| It was gooood episode. Music! Music! *_________* Many new various tunes in background. Vincent is SO evil. Wonder what they were doing when they were small, that makes Gil don't want to remember so much. And who killed Gil to obtain Raven?! Naked Alice, lol. It makes me wonder WHEN she weared her clothes while being in the same room as Oz and Gil? And I must admit, that Break is so awesome as well. His "let's use each other!" motto is great XD |
| Scary Break... This ep. is about Gil after Oz falling into the Abyss. I see, so that means, Gil is a "contractor" to Raven, the black bird. Elliot and Reo when they were children are shown. |

| A few questions answered, more questions added, just fantastic! Break is full of awesomeness. He's creepy yet very lovable. This was a spotlight episode for Gil. Not to much Oz and Alice, but I'm getting this eerie vibe that the 100 years thing will turn into a Romeo/Juliet situation. I sure hope I'm wrong. I also have a feeling that Oz is the reincarnation of his Bezarious hero ancestor from 100 years ago. (Maybe I'm watching too much Asian dramas, lol.) Again, I sure hope I'm wrong because that would be so cliche. Oh, and the animation is still ... thumbs down. |

| Break: Take the candy, Gilbert...you know you want it... xD Anyway, wheee! Gil and Vincent's past! 'But from my point of view, it's abnormal...' - Oh my, Break, are you suggesting Gil has a crush on Oz? :O And hey, Gilbert is way more badass than I had thought. Although I'd like to actually SEE how he signed that contract. Did he have to kiss that raven like Alice kissed Oz? o.O Cause that would be weird, if you ask me xD Plus, I agree with leoneri, I want Raven to do something :O |

| Fantastic episode, I loved everything about it. This episode makes me appreciate just how good the show is, even without any Oz and Alice it's a great episode. Not because they're weak characters but because the plot and entire cast is that good. Provided some necessary backstory while still being engaging. Break is still just so damn delightfully creepy, I love his expressions when he goes dark (he'd make a very awesome wallpaper.) Really the show just gets the creepy vibe perfect. Raven trying to grab the young Gil, Vincent, etc. I assume there's some kind of connection between Vincent slashing up the stuffed animals and the Will of the Abyss and her collection. In episode one Gilbert displayed a... dislike... of cats. This episode's preview mentioned something about the coming of the Cheshire. I'm really looking forward to that, hehe... Having to wait a week for each new episode is becoming quite torturous. :) At the end of the year an English release of the Pandora Hearts is coming out. I think I'll have to pick it up. |

| Ahhh, Break... you never cease to entertain me :D This was another excellent episode! Now I'm curious about Raven. The Cheshire Cat part should be interesting as well. So I can't wait to see the next episode. If only this show's animation quality would be higher :< |

| Didn't take Break to be a shotacon lol. Nice background story, still crazy that it's been ten years. Also Oz and Alice being related to something 100 years ago is kinda cool. |

| wai! wai! it was a great episode. enjoyed gil's flashback even though i find it quite surprising that oz and alice manage to sleep through his story. so who is scarier, break or vincent?? (break w/ his empty eye socket is creepy but makes him a much more fascinating character) |

If this is true, how come we never see any action from Gil's Chain? Gil is always just shooting around with his gun. Gilbert uses the Reaven to allow Alice to turn into the Giant Rabbit... or turn her back into her human form. No doubt, Reaven is powerful but I also think that it is evil and Gilbert fears to use it more then he needs to. |

| GIL IS AMAZING XD Yes, I agree with Break that he grew up very nicely heheh. I was wondering what was up with Gil's hat, Break gave it to him? I wonder if there's an even deeper meaning to the hat. I was sad that Alice and Oz fell asleep, they need to know how much Gil cares! Ahah also the raven thing was kind of cool. I want to see more of Gil and the raven. Good Gil episode :D |

| I love this anime, I really should have picked it up sooner! Gil was so sweet, Break and Vincent were creepy as hell, but still cute XD. I'm definitely going to marathon this series. Oh yeah, I only just noticed that Gil switched from using "Boku" to "Ore." Although he's pretty badass, it'd be cute for him to stick with "Boku." But few guys use it in shonen anime nowadays XD ...I WANT ALICE'S COAT!!! It's gorgeous <3 |
| Aww, I loved this. It was a great flashback episode. As I said before, Gil is just TOO cute <33 so is his loyalty to Oz <3 Although...I wonder what Break meant when he said that about how the loyalty would turn into...something about an edge? Hmm. I wonder... Break was great this episode too~ I love him too~ And Vincent! Such a creepy yet cute at the same time-type of child, the brotherly love was adorable as well. |

| Nice episode, especially for explaining some things, like why Gil joined the Nightrays. He even signed the contract somehow with the Raven. I wonder why the Nightray house let him do that? Or is he the only one that wanted to? Break was nice and freaky in this episode, but also funny (especially with the random candelabra on his head at the end... LOL). When he talks with a huge grin - it's kind of funny and creepy at the same time. o_o Nice to see Uncle Oscar again - I wonder if he'll meet Oz next episode. Also Oz's sister needs to show up soon, right? Vincent was also interesting. I wonder how he will play into the storyline. It seems he had a bit of a... violent relationship with Gil in the past? Feel bad for Gil, having to pretend to care about him all these years, if things are actually bad between them. Are the Baskervilles one of the four duke houses? They're the red-robed guys from the first episode, right? This episode made it sound like they're from the Abyss, which makes me wonder what exactly they're trying to do outside of it. The four duke houses then each have their own chain. Nightrays have a giant raven - I wonder what the Vessalius clan has? I guess they have two now since Oz formed a contract with B. Rabbit - would that be considered an illegal one though? I'm thinking the other duke houses won't be happy about it. Or happy about Gil working with Oz for that matter. Ah, so much going on, and so much to think about. I'm excited to find out more though. |

| Okay, Break said that all the points are connecting and becoming clear, but I still really don't get it at all, lool. So like, we get a flashback of Gil. <3 Wonder what the Bezarious househould has since Vincent said that all the 4 houses have their own personal chains. Also wondering about this organization and Break. Break is like powerful, but he's hiding it. I know it! |

| So Break is missing his other red eye, huh? Well, I don't think it is coincidence that the creepy Master Vincent just happens to have one red and one gold eye. There is obviously much more to what is going on than what we are lead to believe, especially because we hardly know anything about Break or his objectives. We also haven't seen Sharon, Gilbert's, and Break's chains in action yet. |
