| Ah, that ol' debate. From what I observed, the internet recognizes two kinds of lolis: Prepubescent children. Aaaand Older girls that that only look like prepubescent children. Also, a pet peeve of mine is the claim that 18 and under = pedo. NO. WRONG. Pedophiles are attracted to prepubescent children. | some people here have said judge a loli by their looks not their age. That is the best way to go about it. Ages in anime seem so false. Like your going to have a 14 yr old who has huge boobs, and a nice butt. Sorry not going to happen in real life. Just like you could have a someone who was over a 100 (like a vampire) and still look like they were 10 years old. |

| Well MY view is loli is anything 12 and under. But considering how the courts don't care about MY views, I am inclined to say loli is anything 18 just so I can be on the winning side in a court room. And I consider it anything under 12 regardless of whether it is a picture of a real person, or a stick figure, because again, in the end it really doesn't matter what I think of 'drawings' as it's the court that rules yer fate. |

No it's not, I worked in a center for children with learning difficulties, some of them were 18 or 19+ years old with mental ages varying from 5 to 10. So no.
