| So was it supposed to be entertaining? This thread only has value when looked at seriously. If you want to laugh at it, it just turns into some "flaming 4 da lulz" crap. >.> Even if it was for the sake of getting attention, I really don't feel this kind of behaviour is necessary to get the appropriate attention and consideration. Anyway, truth be told, TheWestExit does have a point. I used to be very active at the forums, yet.........the way things have become now is just plain ridiculous. Unfortunately, there's no real solution in this thread. Like kei said in an earlier post, MAL needs to change its policy before a problem like this can be handled. Redefine the purpose of the various sub-forums and adjust your expectations accordingly (since apparently people DO have different opinions of what should be in the general discussion page, and what doesn't). On a different note, I find it rather interesting that this thread suddenly gets taken serious. There are lots of other threads and posts around that complain about the quality of the forums, yet.......the only response people ever got there was "if you don't like it, don't click on it" or "just put it on ignore". I wonder why this thread is so much different from others.......... |
