Such a cliche episode though, the whole throwing the cards in the ocean. And the outcome and ending were pretty typical. |

| 6 prototype decks to eventually make a 'real' deck to beat one person...that's pretty cool. Manjoume tends to be a jerk, but massive family pressure can do that to ya. I feel a little bad for him. Only a little. |

| I'm glad Misawa can fool around despite being the academic one of the bunch. When he opened his jacket to reveal S E V E R A L decks, that level of ridiculousness instantly boost how much I like him. His interactions with Juudai were so cute, those two being on the same wavelength was the energy boost I needed lol best ep so far. |
| Honestly Misawa should've known better than to leave his formula deck in his desk, although Manjoume tossing it just to sabotage Misawa was a low blow. It made me feel bad for Judai and Sho when they ate at the Ra Yellow dorm's kitchen since the food there is so much better than the food at the Osiris Red dorm; seriously, how is fair for Ra Yellow and Obelisk Blue students to get better nutrition than the Osiris Red students? |
| The cast in this show is hilarious! I really enjoyed the design of the water dragons in this episode, too. Very creative animation. Also, what is with Yugioh villains and tossing cards into the ocean xD |
