Bye bye Bisky-chama :(  And with this we are finally caught up with the OVAs. I'm ready for previously unadapted material. Genocide, dread, and cool as hell action sequences Now for the episode itself, it did what it needed to do with giving Gon a much needed rest after Yorknew and his battle with Genthru. Better enjoy it while you can with what's coming up. Lol at the two thieves who try to rob them. Gon and Killua are like "Who the hell are these losers?" Dwun was pretty funny too, oops I mean Wdwune WHY IS THAT TURKEY NOT DRAWN IN MEGA HYPER DETAIL? /sarcasm |

| Next week will be exciting to see the chapter 1 flashback mixed in. Even though it does seem kind of odd for it to occur here and make people reflect back throughout the series to get a stronger sense of Gon's beginning characterization, it certainly does help to keep Kaito fresh in people's minds for this arc since he would've been M.I.A. for 74 episodes until this point. Overall, good to get Greed Island wrapped up. I still love the arc and it was much better to see it match up with everything else in the series instead of feeling like a whole different entitiy the way the final 2 OVAs did to the rest of the series with the original. Off topic but I wonder if we will be getting the new OP animation and new ED next week since GI is basically over. Can't wait to see how they spin Departure and that campy ass song they picked for an ED to fit this next arc. |

| It's amazing how this anime can make you attached to a character in just a single arc. I felt sad watching Bisky leave her two disciples since they must have been like her own sons. I hope she appears in the future. Currently anticipating the next spin off of departure for next week. |

| Not gonna lie, half expecting a good portion of the people fangasming over the Chimera Ant arc starting to be bitching in a few weeks when the gore is toned down. I'm personally excited and think Yorkshin is a clear indicator of what we'll be in store for as far as amount of gore and brutality that will be accepted, but I mean there's been people who've complained about lessor scenes in GI being toned down a bit, so the complaints are only bound to get worse even though you'd think that after 75 episodes there is a clear understanding of what Madhouse can and can't get away with. |

| Greed Island is over!! I can hardly hold back my excitement for the next arc. I loved this ending to Greed Island, makes me kind of sad to leave Bisuke behind. Next Episode: Kite reunion/flashback and meeting the ant queen. Oh man, I can hardly wait for next Saturday!! | Oh my god, it's here. It been so many years, it feels like ten? It is ten and more? Really enjoyed the GI arc. Yorknew had better characterisation (and probably everyone's first alluring taste of neo noir) but GI was also highly original with many unexpected surprises. And it's a vital training arc. I haven't read past this arc in the manga aside from the recent Kurapika backstory chapters. No better time than now, right? :D Could someone please tell me, how "dark" is the Chimera Ant Ac really? Is it at a similar level to something like Blood+, Gantz or is there more serious gore and violence? I.e. reasonably palatable graphic violence or is it borderline abhorrent? I just don't know what to expect and would rather not be underwhelmed if it's - you know - actually fine as opposed to completely full on, which is the impression I get from some people. Thanks |

| Quite a nice episode, just a little relaxing before the next arc. I never watched the old series or OVAs, but by judging how much everyone on here is looking forward to the Chimera Ant arc i just want it to be next week lol |

Cards turn into objects again after 1 minute, and I don't think that angel can float around indefinitely till Biscuit finds someone who needs it. Battera could have used it because he had a patient already. |

| A solid episode to end the GI arc. I haven't read the manga (a few spoilers here and there ;P) so I'm really looking forward to "an-arc-with-lots-of-action". On a related note, it would be great if they could bring back the Phantom Troupe; really want to see Chrollo and others in action again! |
