Welp, I was not expecting to see storytelling between Oota and Kashiwada when they were in kindergarten. It looks like they really want to tell their story as much as possible.

The stuff in the present was cute too. Kashiwada just knows how to play with snow lol

Really nice episode
It was so good seeing that Oota and Kashiwada first met in Kindergarten and how Oota did his best to help Kashiwada fit in with the other kids.

“That’s what I like about you oota” πŸ₯Ή Aww so oota and kashiwada have been together since they were in pre-k! That’s so cute. Even back then, Kashiwada admired Oota and started developing feelings for him. He’s so earnest and wears his heart on his sleeve so it’s easy to see why someone like Kashiwada who struggled to communicate would look up to him. It’s also the fact he doesn’t see himself as doing anything special, he’s just being himself, that endears him to people!

The kids having a snowball fight this week was also so sweet! This is always such a relaxing watch on Saturdays.

Tadokoro really messed up in that part.
Thank goodness Tabuchi still appears in this episode. 😌

Tadokoro was in a real pinch getting caught between Kashiwada and Oota πŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ€£
And not to mention Tabuchi staring at him as well 😭😭
Kashiwada's drawing of Oniwarada-sensei got me laughing so hard.
The snowball fight was so fun to watch. Kashiwada and Oota's Friends whopped his ass.
Never expected Oota and Kashiwada to be together in kindergarten. Ofc Oota doesn't remember her but to Kashiwada he has always been the prince who wears his heart on his sleeve and saved her.

Turns out Kashiwada's affection for Oota is deeper than we originally thought. Wonder if Oota will ever remember her

Loved the episode. I definitely did NOT expect such a heavy episode all of a sudden, haha. Nevertheless, finding out that Oota and Kashiwada went to the same preschool and were childhood friends was such a surprise. I had no idea, I thought they had only met in junior high.

Oota and Kashiwada aside, what was up with Tabuchi in the first part? Why did she pinch Tadokoro out of nowhere? And that “Is that what you think of me?” line, what was that supposed to mean? They were just laughing at the teacher. Was she defending the teacher or something? I'm really confused.

The snowball fight was so much fun. Kashiwada and Oota's connection goes all the way back to pre-school when he helped her connect with the other kids. He was a brat with a heart of gold.

Just started episode 1 and asking anyone living in the present, does Oota stop being a jerk at some point or is he still insufferable by episode 6? These "pranks" are already getting old and I'm 11 minutes in

No, it's pretty much the same in every episode and every now and then they have some cute moments, that's just what the show is.

Still one of my favourites this season though.

The snowball fight was fitting for me today, because believe it or not, it was snowing in my area despite it being November lol, definitely too early for it but it is pretty, the bit was fun too with Kashiwada beating Oota at his own game, he tried using a particular phrasing to win against her but who was standing right under a snow covered tree lol, bro got owned bad, but at least they had a snowball fight in good fun with everyone afterward. The Tadokoro bit was really good too, the Tabuchi note actually got me too lol, her reaction was funny but poor Tadokoro kept getting himself caught by Oniwarada, but hey it was worth it for the laughs.

There was also a flashback segment that added a bit more to Kashiwada’s feelings regarding Oota in the present, turns out they met each other in preschool and Oota helped Kashiwada express that she wants to play with the other kids, very sweet stuff but it was sad when Oota moved away, he doesn’t seem to remember in the present but at least Kashiwada does and got to meet him again, he made quite the impact on her life from that one moment after all.

Not sure how you missed it but before the note featuring the drawing of Oniwarada, it was an exaggerated drawing of Tabuchi being angry which of course she wasn’t a fan of when she noticed.

@TheColonel76 Oh, really? Yeah, I completely missed that. That’s why I was so confused. I only saw their drawing of the teacher. I must have been looking at my phone or something when the episode showed the Tabuchi drawing, haha.

@uselessDM Nah, I'd say he currently seems a little bit less of a jerk than in the 1st few episodes.

So this love story is from the kindergarten! Oota was a terrible kid but not a bad kid, he just liked to make some pranks and play all the time!

@Skuvan Gotta put that phone down when you’re watching lol, I can’t do it anyway, if I miss even one subtitle I usually rewind, but everyone is different.

Lol, his friend bullied him at that snowball fight XD

That image was really funny when the teacher caught it and thought the student looked like him to be like that XD

Tadokoro's anxieties when changing seats, sure got him between a rock and a hard place, stuck between the MCs front and back, and even worse with Tabuchi next to him. Sata being far away from them is of no help either, and even changing seats...has got quite the animosity between them.

The anxious boy being wedged between the drama of the trio, Tadokoro's truly suffering internally as the middleman between their drawings, even one of Tabuchi as a demon, and Kashiwada's drawing of Oniwarada-sensei that tries to improve his quality of classes, though that's not going to happen anytime soon.

With all of the snow around, the snow battle between Kashiwada and Oota, as chide as it looks for the latter to lose unwillingly and with both Tadakoro and Sata aiding Kashiwada in the 3-against-1 snowball fight, it's all fun and games, in good spirits and all.

The bit of learning about Kashiwada and Oota's past, as the former is always left out of the preschool games and the latter trying his best to make her fit into the mold, that's where it truly sparked for her a light within herself, only for him to move out soon. And a promise remembered, though what came of it as her casual confession, I too am doubtful that Oota will know, but that will come with time.

A genuine romance in the works, though it takes effort from the male side.
