Welp, they gave responsibilites to Moi and Nico to help with different events. To no one's surprise, they had to ask for Nico's help thanks to her magic.

It's cool they did this episode's festival with a horror theme. I think against all odds, Nico put her creative mind to use. Didn't feel too much like a season finale but a fun one imo. Glad to see most of the relevant cast making appearances including Nemu. Moi came in the clutch to save a life like a hero again.

Season 2 confirmed.

Really good series with a fun
cast, for me it definitely has the potenial to match Sket Dance in the future.

7,5/10

Witch Watch(ers) - it's always when drop the title like that. Moi got the help of others and prevented another assassination. A part of me was thinking what the odds are that it was just a decoy for a bigger plan since it's the finale and all but thankfully that wasn't the case. Not that kind of show, for better or worse.

I'd have to say I probably enjoyed the first half more just because it felt like there was more plot progression but the general cast definitely shined in moments of the second half, so it never felt like a drag to keep up with the episodes.

I'll go with a generous 7/10 for this one. I wonder if they'll go for another 25 episodes next season, that'll be pretty surreal I think.

I knew it. Kujou wasn't the real culprit. The story tried to convince us that he was the one behind. In reality, it was another person.

100% expected Keigo to go Wolf mode (either as a last resort plan by Kanshi or through a shadow assist from Nemu) and proceed to save the act from the abyss. As unwatchable as it was, I can't help but respect the dedication to stick with their sketch to the bitter end though lol

They truly were the Witch Watch all along.

Crazy school festival for the last ep of this season, also Kanshi and Keigo flopped their comedy duo lol.

Funny anime overall but nowhere near as good as Sket Dance from the same author which is very similar but with better characters, better comedy and especially better serious moments in my opinion, that's why I was expecting Witch Watch to be just like a modern Sket Dance but sadly it was only solid during the 1st cour, it kinda fell down during the 2nd one. Now we'll see if the 2nd season will be better but from what I heard it's unlikely.

I actually laugh at their failed jokes, Kanshi and Keigo are so adorable.

I love how Wolf is also dependable in a serious situation, he's not just a horndog.

I'm glad for season 2, can't wait, though I'm afraid it might not be as soon as next year.

Can't believe that we have reached the finale. Now that I think about it these past six and a half months have gone by in a flash since we started watching this show.

I noticed Mr. Popo and Hideaki Sorachi (Gorilla) at the Asunaro festival 🤣😂❤️

With Nico's magic the class was able to give everyone the best experience of a Horror cafe.

Kanshi and Keigo really made a fool of themselves by letting it get to their heads 'cause of some girls praising them.. in spite of Morihito's warning.

Nemu and Keigo ship is sailing so good..💖💖✨

Should have known that Kujo wasn't the one going to ruin the festival and damage Nico's reputation but Hajime.

I had lots of laughs..even though most of the episodes ended up being gag they seemed essential to the story and for the character development and it didn't bore me. Loved everyone of the characters.

So happy at the announcement of season 2 💖✨✨

Lmao the manzai event was a total disaster. Why did they think going off-script was a good idea? I can relate to Morihito's dark eyes. This guy knows his shit. But at least Nemu didn't hate the act. She's really into Keigo. She just doesn't know it yet.

So the threat was just some random guy who had a personal grudge against Nico's magic. Not a warlock. Where did all that symbolism from OP2 go? I can't be the only one who thought the moon and sleepy Nico were a setup for a big last arc? Was that just created for the OP? Bruh.

It was a fun last episode. It's a bit weird that the last episode aired when the Fall season had already started. So it's almost like this anime lasted 3 seasons lol. I guess the delay kinda ended up being a blessing cause this episode looked better than most previous episodes.

I'm so glad Season 2 was announced. I loved this anime and can't wait to watch more. I'm so glad I gave this a shot.

So the real Witch Watch was the friends we made a long the way.. the fact this episode was just a culmination and pay off for all the friendships Nico and Moi have made this year was so cool. They might all have different abilities and backstories, but they really have become a family who will always have each other’s backs and will of course defend Nico no matter what!

So glad we got a season 2 I’m gonna miss my babies sm. Would’ve been nice to have got the Yoasobi op but I guess they’ll save that for s2 ending!

This show definitely grew on me after a while because I was not feeling it at the start. Once Keigo, Nemu and the other supporting characters got introduced, every episode became so fun. It’s not the best show ever, but there’s something special about this ragtag cast of delinquents coming together with some awesome chemistry. I think Keigo and Tengu’s comedy routine pretty much summed it up. It’s just dumb fun, heartwarming at times and an easy watch. I certainly welcome season 2 and can’t wait to get these idiots back.

I really want to like this show, but it kinda makes it hard in a way, because I really like the characters and the actual story bits are good as well. But filler feeling comedy that never hits quite right with me takes up so much room in this series.

But I still will watch season 2 because I want to see what happens with these characters.

Disappointed in the minimal progress of the main plot in the 2nd half of the season.

Kujou obviously being set up as red herring

"Did he infuriate a comedy-lover?"
More than one.

Girl fans for Tengu and Wolf, but of course they will blow it.

Figure it was Hajime as soon as Suguria mention his was off doing his own thing.

NO main plot menace in the final episode?? Bah!.

Funny as slice of life comedy vignettes, but should be more.

After the big arc things settled down into a series of shorts each episode. I thought the arc was pretty good, but the shorts were an assortment of hits and misses. Over all though I've enjoyed Witch Watch and I look forward to the next season.

I don't think I'll watch the 2nd season. If anything I'll just read the manga. At first it was a fun watch but became somewhat tedious when it felt like they just got caught up in the same situation over and over.

Was an ok series I guess? Interesting and funny enough to keep me watching to this episode but sometimes boring, more so it didn't had a progressive plot, so can't see me continuing into its 2nd season.

Morihito really said "We are the Witch Watchers!", that was so peak.

NANDEYANEN. The comedy act was so hard to watch I was dying from secondhand embarrassment. Nemu just admit you like Keigo because no way you didn't hated that hahahaha

The class cafe and the festival was a huge success! Nico was able to help and make people have fun with her magic, she's a step closer to becoming a real Witch~

I'll be there for more fun in Season 2!

Kanshi and Keigo's ad-lib comedy duo performance, the definition of un-ambitious and rubbish! Seeing them struggle awkwardly was pretty amusing, as was Morihito's reaction to their car crash performance at the school festival.

The group did well to work together in catching the culprit who was determined to ruin Nico's day. Morihito's rallying speech about him and the other being Witch Watchers, before the title literally dropped into view, was a pretty cool moment. The whole episode itself was fun and enjoyable and that is how I sum up this series so far.

I'm happy that there's a second season confirmed, as I do like the whole cast, both main and supporting, in what they do. This series isn't amazing at all, but it has given me plenty of enjoyment over the 25 episodes, so I do look forward to seeing what season two has to offer, both for the comedic moments as well as any potential main story plot progression. =)

It's great that they announced a second season, and the first season is simply magnificent, you don't have to expect the whole plot to be revealed from the beginning, and Nemu, as always, was a delight, the cutest thing in the series.

And so we end with the rise and fall of a comedy duo and discovering the threat behind the Asunaro Festival.

This series was pretty damn charming and enjoyable for the most part. About the only thing that didn't work for me was the teacher and one classmate focused segments. Bring on Season 2! Solid 8/10.

Oh i'm gonna miss my bewitched comedy so much! it took me 0 effort to love the characters as much as i do and that might be the strenght of this show: its cast. Surely the plot its not very deep whatsoever but it didn't needed to be neither. If anything the best thing about this show is that you could never quite tell what is gonna throw your way and sure they were some misses here and there but i can tell that 80% of the time i was laughing hard.

Jesus Christ its finally over, I just wanna say before I talk about the show this is my own opinion hate on me if you want but I respect everyone who loves this show or chooses to hate me.

This has got to be one of the worst pieces of media I have ever watched in my life, This show was so unbelievably boring the only reason I never dropped it is cause I like watching animes fully. But man after like roughly ep 10-13 past that point the show just stopped caring about itself. Like the plot I swear just done a backflip out the window and never returned.

Like holy hell I swear they hardly ever addressed the actual plot which would be half decent if the characters and comedy were actually interesting but man Nico and Moi are so god dam boring characters. I actually liked Nemu and Keigo hell they should have a show of their own, if they weren't in this I'd rate this far lower.

But dam the comedy, the god dam comedy was so bland I just couldn't find humour in any of it.

Again if you like this kinda thing respect to you I don't judge. But man this was horrible

Very low 2/10

I thought that this episode was going to set up the next big storyline with another main villain but instead it was self-contained and the culprit ended up being a student at the school (a bit disappointing IMO). Having said that this series as a whole was a good watch even if the 2nd half felt more like a slice-of-life series rather than an action/adventure series, perhaps they're saving the good stuff for S2? Anyways, I'll watch S2 with optimism that it will stick with a main storyline rather than self-contained episodes.

Morihito said the the thing he said it..

Very nice way to end things..

1st half was usual comedy with me smh as Kanshi and Keigo wasted all their and Morihito hard work just to chase clout and doing cringe. I can sympathize with Moi chan as his eyes turning to black hole lol. Never get influenced by women. Well atleast someone appreciated it good for Keigo. One thing the second cour did brilliantly is Keigo x Nemu. So freaking adorable❤️

Atleast they tried to have some conflict. Kinda got me in first half with Kujo but obvious by end. Animation went extra hard on these. Nice team work and nice witch watching..

Idc what anyone has to say I absolutely freaking loved this anime from 1st to 25th episode. Sure there was some slow and boring episode and cour 2 was lot weaker but overall it was consistently funny and chill SoL. Expecting action from this is a mistake. I loved it when there was few but SoL is enough. Wished there was more romance but slow and steady. Goated characters all of themain and side and one off all.
9.2/10

I liked the concept and most of the characters but it seemed the show ran out of steam at some point and started to get boring. Maybe it was just too long.

But I guess there will be more coming? Not sure about that.

I give it 6/10, a blend of a high score for the 1st cour and lower for the 2nd.
