| With so many sacrifices, one after another, Yaiba is able to get through the different trials. It was a rollecoaster of emotions even though I had to feeling that they would all be okay. Good catch on the maze by Musashi and that realization Yaiba had of how much he cares for Sayaka but the other way around made that last bit much more impactful. We're in the last stretch so what remains is obtaining the orb and a sakuga fight against Onimaru. Let's go. |

And since it's full anime adaptation of the manga, I'd say there's still at least 40-50 more episodes to be properly adapt the whole thing. |

If we're talking about this season alone, 2 more episodes left. And since it's full anime adaptation of the manga, I'd say there's still at least 40-50 more episodes to be properly adapt the whole thing.

| Imagine if all the friends really died along the way... but well now it's even worse for Yaiba because he has to choose between saving all of his friends or getting the ryujin orb, not both :( |

| @rasterman7 Yeah, the manga has 255 chapters in total which equate to at least three 24 episodes seasons (based on the current pacing so far). Even the old anime has 52 episodes in total and it took 35 episodes for the old anime to reach this part of the story. The only thing I can say here is that the series would keep introducing new characters to give excuses for Yaiba and Onimaru becoming even stronger until their actual fight happened in the second-to-last arc lol. |

@rasterman7 Yeah, the manga has 255 chapters in total which equate to at least three 24 episodes seasons (based on the current pacing so far). Even the old anime has 52 episodes in total and it took 35 episodes for the old anime to reach this part of the story.
The only thing I can say here is that the series would keep introducing new characters to give excuses for Yaiba and Onimaru becoming even stronger until their actual fight happened in the second-to-last arc lol.

| @MahiaErebeaNegi Have they ever actually confirmed that this season would end after two cour? There's still no end point listed on any logging site from what I've seen, and Episode 23 will almost assuredly end up adapting the first couple chapters of the next arc, with 24 definitely being dedicated to that arc. |

| @Otaku-Aniki I would assume it's gonna be 2-cour so 2 eps left in that case but apparently it's doing decent on TV so probably gonna have a second 2 cour season somewhat soon for a total of 48 eps |
