What if actually that trial that is currently happening was designed for guts to make him self reflect on his life and trying to accept himself. Cannot wati for the next chapter.

We saw a few panels on Guts self reflection and that's it..the chapter was gone 😭😭

The title of this chapter 'Anadi-Avidya' in Sanskrit meaning Beginning less Ignorance.

Beginning less ignorance in Hinduism signifies an eternal unawareness individuals must transcend to discover their true selves. I guess that's what Guts is facing now.

The chapter name is really interesting and I loved what the Mori team did

Anadi Avidya
A core concept in Hinduism
Refers to what we are as individual beings
Anadi Avidya
Means beginningless ignorance the fundamental misconception about reality
It is this ignorance that makes people choose the mind, body, and ego rather than the ultimate reality of existence
To achieve what is basically heaven in Hinduism is to transcend beyond Anadi Avidya by gaining the knowledge of self to achieve the knowledge of There's meditation, detachment from impermeable pleasures, fears, and desires that reinforce ignorance (I'll ignore the obvious books that are involved like the Upanishads because it's irrelevant to guts)
The process ends with self-realization that the self is unchanging awareness, and the fact that the world and ego are transient appearances
So this gives a lot of meaning to guts lack of internal monologue
Because he is dealing with the experience I just explained
This is a 9/10 chapter for me now

Caska does look quite different on a closer look but Griffith is looking the exact same between both artsyles.

fascinating.

guts entering his subconscious mind in the pitch black, i think this is exactly what he needs to get moving again, and confront the beast of darkness, he has to stand up to it and take control, he's gonna change a lot in the upcoming chapters for sure, he might change up to the point where casca might be able to see him sometime when they reunite (pls let them reunite). at least that's what i think could happen. i'm glad they drew the first spark in the dark as griffith with casca, that is the most recent memory and what shook him to the core, so it would make sense that this is the first image that would come up. this is so exciting i cant wait for the next chapter:D
