| I'm using Firefox on Mint Cinnamon and have no such issue. maybe check the plug-in (Settings -> EXtensions & Themes -> Plugins). Maybe you need to manually update. for what's worth: My plug-in is set to “always activate”, and “allow atomatic updates” is set to default. Current version is 4.10.2891.0 last updated on April 17, 2025 someone on reddit says that "KDE Neon ... sometimes breaks with KDE updates", so maybe an update caused the plugin to stop working, and you need to manually re-install it. |

It was a few years back, there was a section on their website asking for donations to "help them build Firefox", but if you did a lot of digging on the donation webpage you would find another webpage where they said that they would donate all that money to some foundation that helped women get into coding. So yes, being woke is making them keep less money to make their browser less crap. |

| @FanofAction It is dumb because most women don't want to get into coding, will use an example, in my country 59% of college students are women, and despite that when I went to college to study Computer Science in 2019 only 5 out of 36 students on the same class as me were women (2 of them dropped out by the second semester) and the college's Computer Science coordinator said that was the most women she had even seen in a Computer Science class. My college also had degrees for you to become lawyers, dentists and nurse, and those degrees had about 70% women, and all IT degrees had almost 90% men. If women want to get into coding there is nothing holding them back, the reason that there are not a lot of women in coding is because they don't want to. I, someone that has a computer science degree now know that CC degree is BS and that you can get the same level of knowledge with just YouTube and random forums, so those women do not need any kind of foundation with scammed money to help them to get into coding. |
