| Two episodes in and I already enjoy watching Gen and Shizuku's chemistry together. Plus, she could really learn a LOT from him. From just this episode, she learns how to set up a camp properly outdoors. Gen probably has to deal with the experience of companionship as part of this story so maybe he can learn some things from her too. |

| So Gen-san is the type of character who is introverted; no wonder there are no other people around when camping. The principle of solo camping is to prioritize oneself, with helping others being a secondary option. Shizuku-san may be inexperienced, but I didn't expect her to be unable to set up the tent by herself. Isn't folding the tent more difficult than setting it up? This episode is very relaxing, with a combination of beer and an outdoor atmosphere. |

| They're not the best, I still love myself chibi faces of any sort. And then there's the trope of the young girl being able to hold her liquor pretty well. That said, you can drink beer like water xD Not that I disliked her before or anything, but Shizuku became a whole lot more likeable this episode. This was another nice one. |

| Another really fun episode. I'm really enjoying Gen and Shizuku's interactions with each other, its always so fun to see them argue back and forth. Clearly Shizuku can't do anything on her own but thanks to Gen, he helped, a bit. There was definitely some romance in this episode, maybe more next episode? 4/5 |

| Well the trip went reasonable. Gen still being stubborn about camping together while Shizuku is being stubborn about doing things together and having fun. It looks like the next appointment has been made so i guess they are slowly getting there. |

| Anime with adult casts when the characters act and talk like adults>>> Yuru camp was great for seeing the girls hanging out and do cute shit, but I like this show because it actually teaches you the basics of camping like pitching a tint, safety stuff and other things to be on the lookout for. I just wish Gen was nicer to Shizuku 😭 “I don’t like doing things with other people, I’m more comfortable alone.” Nah actually really understand where Gen’s coming from as an introvert, but don’t do my girl Shizuku like that! She’s an angel, yea she’s completely unprepared for camping on her own, but she’s trying. I love how she comes up with all these rules and protocols so that Gen doesn’t feel too uncomfortable.. when someone’s willing to do all that for you and respect your boundaries, they’re a keeper. She’s a sweetheart and I’m looking to she and Gen doing more solo camping for two together, and more of her cooking! Now I’m hungry af |

I've no doubt that this anime will make people go camping more often, either solo or group, but just beware of bear, luckily Gen already look like bear.
Talking about Gen, it's very easy to tell that he has a muscular body, too bad he's not gonna show that to me.

| I don’t understand why the anime has such a low rating! It’s a camping anime, and honestly, it does a great job in that area! It explains a lot of things—even if in a simple and light way—but it serves its purpose! And since it’s a slice-of-life anime, you really shouldn’t expect much more than conversations and dialogue, but in truth, their conversations carry meaning and even some good advice! Like the idea of being alone, or camping solo! The meaning of doing everything by yourself without help, and a lot of similar things! It also touches on various aspects of camping—like tools, tents, some of the challenges people face, the difference between camping on foot or by car, and so on... Of course, there are some elements I personally don’t support, like drinking alcohol and the like... Another area that feels a bit weak is the cooking—though they do show some dishes here and there. And let’s not forget the romantic aspect, which is clearly going to develop more in the upcoming episodes. It’s a 24-episode anime, so we’re definitely going to see a lot unfold. I really hope it maintains this level of quality. So far, the anime is great! I just hope it either stays this good or gets even better—nothing less. I’m excited for next week’s episode! See you all next Thursday... |

| "Jerk! Brat! Contrarian! Child!" "You're too stubborn!" Why is she describing herself to this poor man who just wants to be left alone? I'm glad she set some rules, and they seem to enjoy eating together, at least. Also, the visuals were really rough this episode, especially the far away two-shots. Hope to see some solid camping tips next episode, which the preview seems to hint at. |

| This lady has a lot of nerve insulting a dude who just wants to enjoy his hobby by himself but i guess the upside of this episode with her is that she seemed to have understood everything and took his side seriously and thought about it. She has self-awareness and that's what's important. Gen just wants his peace undisturbed, and there's nothing wrong with that. |

| At least Gen is giving her some tips instead of completely leaving her in the dark. But there's still this anemosity towards Shizuku that makes this a little more tense than it should be. But I get it, the whole story is about a seasoned veteran teaching a newbie how to camp, and the catch is that he prefers to be alone. But the cold shoulder he keeps giving her is getting kind of old. But it seems she's powered through it and established some rules for their next camping trip. |

I find it funny that there are people rating this so low just because they don't like the main girl's personality. After watching episode 2 though, I just kept thinking "That's the whole point. She's supposed to be like that." It seems like there will be some growth from her just based off of what happened in episode 2.
| @OptimistWill2323 There are always viewers who hyperfocus on what they perceive to be negative characteristics of female characters in anime, completely ignoring that the whole reason they're written that way, is to draw some character development out of the flawed male characters. Pretty sure by the end of this show, Gen's going to enjoy actually camping and be in a better place than he is currently, and Shizuku is going to be the reason behind that. In episode two, they've already shown that she's more willing to think about his wants and compromise is happening. If she just kept out of his space and didn't push back against his stubbornness, we wouldn't really be getting anywhere now. 😂 |

| It’s wild that the annoying one, Shizuku, is finding Gen to be the annoying one. Aside from her being overly annoying, it was a decent episode. I do like the fact Shizuku admitted to Gen that she was troublesome and selfish. That’s some growth right there and we’re only two episodes in. |

| @Hermiyas Relationships come with risks and costs as well as opportunities and benefits. Some persons, to their detriment, are overly focused on the downsides. Some persons just really like what they already have, and want to stick with it, for a time, or indefinitely. I think Gen has some of those both. Relationships are a major commitment, in thought, effort, time, and other assets. If one is doing a relationship right, it should be the largest commitment one has. |
