Operation Ragnarok! Finally been announced.

Life is hard for Julian on Phezzan. Looks like the Phezzanese won't consider the possibility of an invasion into the corridor.

man the people of Phezann really feel safe in their territory, they have no idea what Reinhard has planned for them, he doesnt care about traditions or unspoken rules
not a fan of Lennekamps design with his weird moustache, i liked his Joseph Stalin like look of the OVA, it suited his role on the story
gotta say it look like once again we might get an abrupt ending to this season, kinda like the previous one right in the middle of a battle

Reinhard laying out the red carpet for Operation Ragnarök. Its exactly as he says, this is to be the final battle of the over one hundred years long war between the Empire and the Alliance. Reinhard has taken advantage of the greed of a single man to accomplish this goal. Rubinsky and his arrogance thinking he could sell the Fezzan Corridor itself while getting completely away with it will be his downfall as Reinhard said a few episodes ago. Reinhard has this whole Operation laid out, great scene to end this episode with announcing the assignments for the massive operation. All the important Admirals, and some new, are here to advance on the Fezzan corridor and to fake out the Alliance at Iserlohn. Earlier with Julian becoming the protagonist for an episode was cool. While its sad to see him without Yang and them not being together, it looks like Fezzan is basically a paradise. Thriving both socially and economically, the two pinnacles of a successful society. In total contrast to the Alliance which is hurting in those factors. Julian will be proven very right in his assertions once that Imperial force invades Fezzan.

And it begins, operation Ragnarok!

And i am sry og fans, but Julian design and acts looks way cooler in DNT version. (Can't say much about later, because i think his character have a downgrade on og S4, but anyway...)

Things are starting to get on fire while the season is almost over again :(

Two episodes left... I expect a massive cliffhanger for sure. Wonder how much time we would have to wait until the next part...

RAGNAROK. Things are going to get serious now.
I like how they played this episode but I always lol at the way they portray drug use in anime. It's always so incredibly over the top and decadent.

Guys, a question for those who watched the old OVA. How many episodes did this battle (operation ragnarok) last?
Just out of curiosity, because of the size of the mobilization, I expect a long development

the Operation Ragnarok from the moment Reuenthal invades the Iserlohn corridon (which should happen on the next episode) to the moment one of the sides achieves victory lasted 12 episodes
btw this series has like 6 episodes worth of extra content so my guess is that they d make those battles even longer

This season will have covered the entirety of volume 4 if episode 12 is Phezzan Occupied, which coincides with chapter 9 of the volume.

I have the feeling that the outcome of operation Ragnarok won't work as planned for the empire.
Good that the show is back on track after the not so interesting stuff with the kid emperor,
it still remains a strange plot device, it's all based on a lie and that can't end well.

It's great to see more screentime from Julian as he grew older, he form his own way of thinking by absorbing everyone point of view he close to especially admiral Yang

In regards to the letter that Yang gave in the beginning of this episode = I get it, Yang is smart. However, its ridiculous how the anime makes it seem like he has a Magic Crystal Ball that gives him all the answers. Just for once, make him commit an error.

And im sorry, but im not a fan of Julian at all.  I dont need some teen being an Einstein making incredible decisions. Anime would be better without him, or at least without him being an important character in the anime

And the scene of the 3 random girls looking at Julian = BARF

And of course they had to make Captain Violla "ugly looking". And of course, because hes "ugly looking", that means that hes a jerk, and I was right.

Overall, it was mostly another mundane boring FPA episode.  But with the way this episode ended, looks like episode 11 (47) and 12 (48) will be very spicy.

Hey guys! Just watched the latest episode of my favorite show and I have to say, I'm not really feeling Lennekamp's new design with that quirky mustache. Personally, I preferred his Joseph Stalin-esque look from the OVA - it just suited his character so much better! And can we talk about how this season might be ending abruptly again, just like the last one did right in the middle of a major battle? Ugh, I need more closure than that!

Julian is so independent. Yang is definitely going to have a hard time without him. Julian seems to already be missing Yang.

The people in Fezzan are chilling, they don't need to worry about war or anything like the alliance or the empire.

Julian with the white uniform reminds me so much of Yang. Rupert didn't like the comment Julian made, oops. They're catching up to Yang's plan already. Rupert is quick. Rupert is definitely worse than his father with his methods.

Operation Ragnarok is starting!

Operation Ragnarok is here! Hype! Been a while since Reinhard went to frontline himself. The part with Frederica was cute, a woman in love.
