After the mediocre animation/adaptation but still enjoyable S1, do you want another season?

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| The title was long enough already, now with added 2 season to it, yay! I enjoyed the first season though, so it's nice that there'll be more. |

| I really enjoyed the lovey dovey slow life they got going on in the first half of s1 actually, but the latter half kinda ruined it...if they're going to introduce plot, at least introduce good plot. I'll check out S2, but I hope it's more like first half of s1 than second half. |

| As I wrote in the news discussion topic thread which announced the series being slated: Provided I'm alive and conscious, I will definitely be watching this. Actually, as far as I'm concerned, the less plot the better. I could easily watch 10 seasons and counting of the days and moments of lull in this world. It's very warm and inviting and I love the feel of their distant yet homey and cozy town on the edge of the world (or frontier near the mountains) which forms the setting. In addition, I will add here, I don't scrutinize animation on its technical details the same way some folks relish doing, so it was perfectly fine and serviceable in utility and appearance to me and I never gave it a second thought. I also couldn't care less how it fared/fares as an adaptation since I don't typically read manga or light novels, and with all media even outside of anime, whether I've read and like or favor the source material or not, I truly see no point in comparing them and make a point of refraining from doing so, so how the source is relative to the anime TV series is completely immaterial to me and it's another thing I couldn't care less about as I take in and evaluate each and every anime series on its own merits and not by what it's inspired by or connected to. astralkill00 said: I miss this story and I miss it even more if they actually managed to animate the battle scenes properly but I still love the prequel that finally reunited Rit and Red in the first season. I would just say the first season or previous season depending on what comes before or after in the sentence, but in fairness to you, I see the term "prequel" thrown out there a lot nowadays in the way you used it, but it's something that just always irks me. No offense at all, but it's an OCD thing and I think this is the first time I actually said something about it online after seeing an instance of it. Technically, it was always formally used to refer to a media entry like a film or TV series or season of a series that physically came out after another, but is set before time-wise in the story. So if a second season of Banished from the Hero's Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside was released and its story took place and portrayed events before those of what we saw in the first season, that would be a prequel. |

| Is this going to be more of the romantic slice of life like the first half of S1 or is it going to have more of the intense actiony stuff that the second half had? I really enjoyed this anime when it was just them spending time together living life and getting to know each other, but once it got too serious it fell off for me. |

| Didn't notice too much wrong with last season, in fact it was pretty nice and refreshing overall, rare to see proper romance in anime... But WHY does it need s2 again? It ended pretty much perfectly for what it is, and a standard season is exactly the dosage it needed too, at best a second season will just get somewhat boring, at worst they'll ruin it... |
| The first season was average-above average. I saw no glaring production flaws. I am hyped as hell for this season tho. Ruti and Tisse slow lyfe is gonna be lit af. |
