| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Onna no hana - "Flower Woman" or "The Beauty of Women" Unfortunately didn't feel much for this episode. At first it seemed to be tackling gender discrimination, when a famous kabuki actor refused to eat sushi prepared by a woman. A fellow actor properly shames him for this attitude, but then asserts that the itamae's lack of femininity was getting in the way of service. So they spoil this perfectly good tomboy and turn her into a housewife stereotype! -_- |
