| THIS IS AN MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Awesome. This one more than makes up for the two-week wait. Had to check out the raws, though I only understood like 2/3 of the dialogue. For all the buildup of a successful Gaou Delta Dynamite, that wasn't even the most amazing part of this chapter. No, that would be the everest pass owning Tatanka, who definitely deserved to be pwned the most. Also, it's cool to see Hiruma and Kid putting Takami back in the saddle. He gets his championship bowl game in the end. *sniffle* The American team is looking frankly pretty noobish right now; they're gonna have to make a major rally if they want to keep the game exciting. |

Well theres still the threat of Panther. No one on the Japan team can do anything about him, although seeing as the rest of the other characters evovled, Sena would too. I hope it isn't anything like him achieving 4.1 mid-game. He should show American that skills > talent. Well Im also glad tatanka got owned for all that trash talk. His zone of defense is pretty weak compared to Shin or Agon, and hes only good in defending against aerial attacks, but looks like he failed in that aspect too. Best part was probably Yamato taking down Don with Gaou. He finally got his revenge. |

| Oh wow!!! a pair pf Pentagram dudes were defeated!!!! Hell yeah... I was really waiting for Gaou's explosion of power ohohoho... Finally Gaou did it... He understood the true points to dominate the Delta Dynamite ... And it wasn't just power what defeated Mr. Don... a perfect Tag Play.... He was amazing.... Til he'll think he was going to do everything by himself hahahaha.... Oh my the counter for Tatanka's area of play was amazing!! The super Everest pass Between super Takami and Sakuraba... such an amazing Tag Team too!!! I loved this chappie... thou I'm really waiting for this to end.... Or having more exciting plays.... or new... the game is really interesting now.... they're trailing for 15 points now... And now it's time for Panther's threat to be taken down!!! YAHA! | 2 great things happened this chapter, Don finally got knocked down and the return of the Everest Pass. Japan's making a great comeback, but you know America won't stay down. I'm guessing Bud Walker (CB) will start disrupting things. |

Yes, but there's a thing called arcs in passes, which would make the pass look a bit like this:  Tatanka may be taller, but a lob pass between two sufficiently tall people could circumvent that by allowing an arc which is still flat enough to make the distance to the end zone. Alternatively, the fact the pass had a spin (similar to the devil laser bullet) would make it hard for Tatanka to deflect it with his fingertips alone. |
