| I feel bad for Katsushiro. He tries so hard only to have his efforts thrown back in his face more often than not. The fact that Kirara has little faith in his samurai skills and seems clueless about his feelings for her doesn't help. And now he looks like he's gonna have a mental breakdown from killing that bandit. Poor guy. I was also kinda hoping that whiny traitor of a farmer was gonna be killed. I can't stand him. Too bad. |

| I'm very surprised they already made it to the village this early in the series. I kind of get a bad feeling that the ending of the series will be very different from the source material. Which is too bad, as I remember the ending of Seven Samurai to be quite profound. |

| Quite slow episode with a very slow buildup, but well that ending sure was good! |
