| I sense that his ending is coming, too. I mean, we saw that he and Ginoza kind of made up their feelings about each other and are, so far, pretty much developed, so their slaugther can begin xD. I also sense Ginoza may be the first to die, or maybe the second after Masaoka :(. I view him as the most vulnerable considering all we saw from him. |

| People, this is Urobutcher writing the script. The man takes particular joy in mindfucking naive characters or breaking the entire moral values of most uptight and by-the-book characters. Therefore I wouldnt be surprised if Akane ends up either batshit crazy or somehow saving the day. And I wouldn't be surprised if Gino turns into a vengeful shell of a man. |

| I rather much see Ginoza ending up like Masaoka. Ep 13 kinda gave some hints, his CC rising up, some faint doubts about the system. Maybe Masaoka's death will trigger it though. |

| Hmmm... I think Urobuchis thirst for blood might have been a bit kept under control with all the blood shed we see every epidose. I dont see why they would conclude this show with even more blood (aka main chars dying). Because .... if the show started with crimes and ends up with more crimes.... would be pretty damn boring and stupid. |

Gino is, in a way, the most important character in the whole story. Simply because he's not developed yet. We have a basic picture of what kind of person Kougami is, we have a basic picture of what kind of person Akane is, we've also had those little "specials" on Kunizuka and Ossan. That potentially makes all of them expendable. But not Gino. His inner conflict is actually deeper than any other character's, so he still have a lot of development time ahead of him. Doesn't mean he can't die at all (it's Urobuchi's script after all), but not until he serves his purpose. And I can't see it happening soon. |

I guess we shouldn't be surprised--as the notion has been thrown around since the beginning of the series or at least after the point that it's discovered that Masaoka and Gino, were father and son. But I have to say props to the fact that they did it in such a boss and emotionally poignant way. They truly made it a powerful and touching way for him to go. |

| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
