Based on an anime's overall score on MAL, what is the lowest score it can have for you to still give it a chance?
| Around 7 depending on good reviews but mostly high 7's. |

| Usually nothing under a 6, however if it seems to be one of those you either love it or hate it animes i might go and check it out to see if its to my tastes. |

| For new anime, meaning that it is still airing, the MAL score is not a contributing factor on whether I give an anime a chance. But apparently, after looking through several on my list, unconsciously, I do not watch anything with a MAL score lower than 6.5. It seems. |

| 1, a lot of people seem to rate either 1s or 10s, making the average score pretty irrelevant for me, I just watch something when the synopsis interest me or someone recommends it to me |

| I only let MAL scores affect me a bit, but if I see something that is like a 5 or below, I'll go into the series expecting something bad. :/ But scores generally don't stop me from actually watching. |

| 7. It seems even shows that are on the border of 6.9 often end up being crap. And I mean crap largely as forgettable series that I would probably consider as mediocre. After university I kind of stopped watching things I consider mediocre now. A show I'm willing to finish must have something good with it. | high 6's is usually my cut off point. theres occasionally a really good show hidden in the 6's (like the skull man for example)so i usually follow user reviews more |

| For me, I pay much more attention to the content of the reviews rather than a series' overall score. If people are saying things that turn me off about the anime then I won't watch it, scores be damned. Only way I won't watch something is if its overall score is like... a 2. That means pretty much everyone thought it sucked, and it probably does. |

| I have yet to see something with a MAL mean score below 6 that I would deem worthy of giving a try, except for the sake of laughing at it with friends. But who knows, there are definitely a few treasures amongs the 6.xx rated shows. |

| I've never actually looked at those, so I gotta say I have no idea, which technically would mean I have no limit so anything from a 0 up would be fine with me. And I'm fine with that, I think basing what I do and don't do on other people's opinions is hilariously stupid, especially when it comes to something like watching anime - which won't exactly ruin my life if it turns out a show is bad. |
