| I cannot unsee what I just saw! I can't look at Souichirou(the dog) the same way again lol! Godai needs to stop daydreaming, it's messing with his head! I pity Kyoko,she clearly aches for her deceased beloved, but that doesn't mean she can just reject the possibility of ever being happy again with another man( as in Godai). Let's hope she can overcome that obstacle as the series progress. |

| Watched another episode of Maison Ikkoku after pausing it for a long time. I love that we can just pick it up and enjoy one episode at a time. I can only assume that it's been said a lot already, but both the intro and outro are superb. Music, Animation, the whole feeling of it just really puts me in a good place. I believe we'll be watching this show for a long time to come, episode by episode :) |

| This episode gives Godai an insight of who Kyoko was before he met her. His initial immature countenance towards Soichiro got broken with the little a few tidbits he gets. Godai finally acknowledges the kind of resentment Kyoko is residing in. Godai tries to figure out what exactly is her resentment. And believe me, his tutor part-time will become a sweet foreshadowing to his future endeavour; sweet, small, niche, and most of all, slow....... |
