| bathing suits...not so great. its safe to say that this show is not much for fan service and all that junk....probably is what makes it that much better. that robe was so awesome. befitting of a god. |

| Judging from the recent group picture on the wall, I guess the surfer dude was Matsuri and Miko's father and how he look like back then. Tohru was the kid behind Mitsue, I'm wondering why didn't they show his present look. |

This episode had a bit of sexualization with the characters, but nothing so explicit and offensive.  This episode was the best so far. It was predictable that both people the gods mentioned were Yurie's parents. A very calm and very emotional episode. |

| What a sweet and Summertimey episode. Loved the beginning starting off with just a sweltering hot summer day going to the beach! Then seeing our Kami-Sama bringing back all those memories and experiences to the people in the town was really sweet. Never lived or even visited Japan but it even made me feel the nostalgia and yearning for that 80's ish Japanese summer vibe. Funny how some things can be so universal. |
