Yup, this major battle is coming to an end. It felt more than a survival battle and kinda reinforces the whole vibe of the season.

Phantom Trigger truly went through some shit and this episode also involved Haruto getting into the enemy lines again. Despite what Haruto went through, it did feel like a character journey and growth for him, as he confronted the past and present. These past few episodes have been really intense.

The battle of SORD vs. The Fatal Answer reaches its conclusion as Haruto and the faculty teachers close in on Kuroe and Urushiyama to oust them for good and bring the whole farce to a close.

At long last, the mission is over, but only if SORD manages to retreat safely, and that number doesn't add Aoi, which greatly leaves the Mihama Academy girls dissatisfied. Sadly, with SORD's retreat, that marks the end of Aoi, leaving the girls and Arihara-sensei, as well as the remnants of TFA to live on their days.

As a whole, Phantom Trigger as an adaptation clearly leaves a lot of plot holes within the most miniscule of efforts possible.
Not a great adaptation of the remainder of the VN.

That was a pretty good finale actually, quite bittersweet but Aoi can finally rest in peace knowing that Enishi and Kuroe pack is in the air and it’s hitting. Rest in piss.

Haruto v Kuroe looked amazing both animation and art style wise, dunno who they brought in for this episode but they cooked. In the end, Kuroe went out like she lived, a dog following orders. No way Haruto died tho right? Surely he’s out there somewhere living peacefully, yea? I think it’s really sweet his student is searching for him all this time later. Funny how he and Aoi both ended up being great teachers with very passionate students lol. I wouldn’t mind another season of this to see what happens next.

Ichiru might act like a hardass, but losing the old students clearly hurt her too, aww. I wanna play the VN now but I need to beat OG Grisaia trilogy first. This kinda grew on me, still was a bit confusing as an anime only, but I liked the characters.

Is it just me or they announced a new season indirectly at the end of final episode?

Haruto may be not as good as MC comparing to Yuuji, but this series has its positives and negatives comparing to OG Grisaia. I personally liked it quite a lot, just do not compare the two, they are different.

7:00 so interesting how “hai” is “lung” in Japanese πŸ˜‚

12:44 OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS OST!!! πŸ™ŒπŸ» Grisaia no Rakuen OST #5 “One’s Heart”! I listen to this OST on repeat at times and it’s just SO GOOD! LET’S GO!

Finally those two are dead πŸ™ŒπŸ»

17:20 SHE DIDN’T LOSE HER LEG AFTER ALL?! 😲

17:30 WOAH! I did not expect them to play this OST 🀣 if you played the OG Visual Novel, you already know what this OST is πŸ‘€

My 12th Winter 2025 anime finished! Haruto will never be nowhere near as badass and deadly as Kazami Yuuji. See? He even died at the end. Yuuji lived at least. That’s cool the harem survived even though a couple had some permanent effects from the war. Honestly, even though this Grisaia is nowhere near as great as the OG, just the fact that it still takes place in the same settings and the MUSIC, it made it enjoyable to watch. My favorite anime series of all time. At least we got to see Kazuki again 😁 brought her Seiyuu back

The last 2 volumes, started badly, ended disgustingly. The attempt to add tragedy turned out to be a waste of everything, from the scenary to the logic, the last episode was the quintessence of it all. It's a shame, in the end it's a bad adaptation that had a chance.

That finale was solid, really bittersweet, but Aoi can finally rest knowing that Enishi and the Kuroe crew are still out there making waves. Rest in pieces.

Haruto vs. Kuroe fight was incredible, both in animation and art style. Not sure who they brought in for this episode, but they nailed it. In the end, Kuroe went out just like she lived, a loyal dog following orders.

Finally that annoying bitch is dead, was about time.

Typical Grisaia, until the end I did not really understand what it was all about. With fanservice it would've been way better. 4/10

They portrayed the Grisai atmosphere very well, nice dialogues, heartwarming and nice comedy.

The war arc was not so good unfortunately, too cruel, with a story full of holes and simply not good.
SORD wasn't meant to take part that directly in a war, they could have skipped a lot of scenes.

The anime adapted a mixed of good and bad ending from the VN, with Haruto being dead (or implied)... If you're interested in the bad ending, read it, but beware it's pretty cruel:
