| Had some potential but was so repetitive or boring at times. Coulda benefited from a lot more eps but modern anime is so needlessly short. Not bad but just a meh show. And no sequel in sight... 5.5/10 |
| Any chances of a second season? |
| The first half of the final battle was actually done pretty well, the amount of teamwork was a breath of fresh air. It was one of my main gripes with the show overall how everyone was just straight up useless and just standing around all the time. Can't say the same for the second half, stuff kind of just happen, they add drama, and then it ends with a bright light attack, whatever that was supposed to be. Overall it could have been much better. No leads as to what was going on in the world, and the whole mystery was stretched so far that I start doubting if the author even know himself what is going on. I mean if you make a "god" from within the universe not know what is going on, there isn't much expectations for anything to be ever revealed. There were all of the dumb fights, I wanted to slap Kai every time he just stood and gawked mid fight. Dumb writing, dumb execution. Doubt I will give a sequel a chance if that ever happens. |
