Even if there anime adaptation promised to author, it doesn't necessarily mean they give him 13 episodes series, especially if ratings will suck ass. They'll give him some sorta 20-30 min short and that's it. SJ won't publish something for years just because it won the contest, wiki even says "winner gets at least one physical volume" (can't find the source for that), so there's actually a possibility it can be cancelled after said volume gets published. Time will tell, but, as I said, can't really see how it survives the ax long-term. People barely talk or care about the series. It's not Akane Banashi, that's for sure. |

Maybe but in the same time Romantic Killer got 12 episode season and 39 chapters. And I could imagine something similar for Beat & Motion... Even If we talking about one volume than still maybe it would be like 4 episode short series but I think it's safe to say this series will reach bare minimum 2 volumes. For additional context Diamond in the Rough currently has 56 chapters and this series isn't popular. |
