| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Another spirit exorcist comes around (Keita Mukae), and is a fortune teller of all things. Mikado being asked to check by a female co-worker if he's the real deal, and Hayakawa steps in with his spirit medium to oversee Mikado. Keita is no fortune teller, but like Hiyakawa, he's an authentic exorcist specializing in the fortune facade. A corpse at school, and it shrieks some students out, so both Mikado and Hiyakawa went to check out on the situation of someone being cursed. Indeed, Hiura Erika is the source of the curse, but it'd take more than willpower for these 2 to work together and be bound by a contract. For Mikado with Keita, at least his way of spirit exorcism is the same, but different from Hiyakawa's way that Keita doesn't dominate over Mikado. And the toilet ghost case is one example. There's still some uncertainty between Hiyakawa and Keita of who will better lead Mikado. |

| Ah definitely enjoying this show pretty much ! Not having these typically BL characters (too-naive, too loud, too predator, over-reacting, too blushing) with a real storyline is so refreshing. I loved Mukae-Mikado interactions too making Hayakawa all obsessive, violent and jealous. Can't wait for more! Bonus for the opening not being all rainbow jizz and fluffy smiles like others BL adaptations.  |

| Another episode that I loved, the power of Mukae seems to be quite interesting I hope he appears more. And what a beautiful ending! Wataru's voice is so wonderful, not to mention that the animation is very well done, looking forward to the next episode. |
| Pacing is better than the first episode, but it's still bad. I wish they did a better job pacing the different scenes and actually connecting them with filler scenes. There's a slight improvement, so at least that's promising. The exorcist is giving me the creeps, but I didn't feel as uncomfortable as I did in last episode. I'm starting to like the mystery, and I hope they can focus more on that. |

| They cut out a lot of content. While it doesn't affect the overall plot much, it does affect the clarity of the episode, and the depth of the individual stories. The art becomes really awkward at times. Mukae is here. He is my favourite character. He's hot, funny, kind and very gentle. And, his voice actor seems to be doing a good job so far. I ship him with Mikado, but he is not an option for him. Sadly. Erika is here too. I hope they do a good job with her. She is a fun character. The dialogues are filled with innuendoes! lol |
| Woah! It's just episode 2 and they already found out Hiura Erika! She's just a student! And that ending is a bit shocking, she's doing it for the money! And to top it all, her ability is also string; she entered Mikado's body even without touching him! That's too bad for a high school student! lol. Wanna know why tho. Another character with paranormal ability, I guess he's quite powerful because he can see, hear, talk and touch the spirits. He declare that he's can take care of Mikado better, is this a love triangle? lmao Hiyakawa and Mikado made a contract, so they're tied to each other as long as this contract is existing. Hiyakawa is kinda creepy and so possessive but at the same time knows that what he's doing is not good and goes back to caring Hiyakawa. I'm conflicted. lol But this sure gets more interesting!  |
| Even though the animation can't compete with the manga style, the OP and the ED are great. Since it's going to be a 12 episodes adaptation, I do wonder if it'll cover all the manga or not. I hope it doesn't since SuBLime hasn't released the last two volumes yet and I really need to read them. |

| Not really a fan of this anime so far, the art style was the first thing that put me off and the main characters, there's just nothing special about them. One of them is boring and the other is a possessive creep. It just feels like a weird and uncomfortable depiction of mlm relationships really. |
| This show is actually getting better, I’ve found that I really like the vibe of it as well as the duo situation the main characters have, also the fact they’re like detectives that are also exorcists is fun lol. Lots of things to like about it, it’s an out there anime but fun. Also that ED man, that shit was GOOD. Potential best ED of the season for me |
| a good episode and I absolutely love that ED, feels so old school and nostalgic somehow emmacatman said: I feel like I’m watching soft core spirit porn. Mukae called Mikados soul LOOSE, I kinda feel bad for the guy so far. I’m not sure if he just really enjoys being roughed up or is on a high from loosing his soulginity to Hiyakawa. lol :'D |

| I like the OP visuals, it's artistic and beautiful. The plot is quite interesting and kinda reminds me of Jujutsu Kaisen also I read somewhere that Gege was actually inspired by this. The only thing is that I find their verbal fan service lines a little cringy. Love the ED by Hatano Wataru. |
| Ok so the blonde guy is def a predator. I actually started liking the show- its a thriller and way more psychological, I like that. The other guy has major problems with bounderies and its beeing adressed. Hes also bi. I think im def in for this ride. |
