B: The Beginning - totally underwatched and underappreciated. It has action, thriller, drama and detective elements.
Baccano! - it's kind of crazy.
Orguss 2 OVA (but I hate the original TV series) - it's like GOT with mechs.
Fate - the ufotable, Lerche and TROYCA projects.
Ghost Hunt - more of a detective show with a sprinkle of horror and romance.
Ghost Sweeper Mikami - ghost hunting comedy.
Gugure! Kokkuri-san - yokai SOL comedy.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - mainly for the "Miss, you dropped you bear!" joke.
Hakumei to Mikochi - apparently I like fantasy SOL.
Hataraku Maou-sama! - is this counts for urban fantasy?
Inuyasha - the story drags but has lovable characters and interesting world.
Kaguya-hime no Monogatari - best Ghibli
Little Witch Academia - duuuh.
Mahoujin Guru Guru (2017) - nice parody of jrpg.
Mushishi - has a nice weird mood and world building.
Natsume Yuujinchou - see above.
Princess Tutu - more of a fairy tale, I like its weirdness and dark sense of humour.
Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis - nice adventure. The second season is a mess tho.
Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike - nice stand-alone adventure + mystery story in the world of Vesperia.
Tenchi Muyou! Ryououki - classic harem in fantasy + sci-fi setting.
Uchouten Kazoku - urban fantasy with themes from the japanese folklore.
Vampire Hunter D + Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust - nice mix of ideas: dystopia, sci-fi, fantasy, vampires, other monster (worst are humans tho)...
Youjo Senki - psychopathic little blond girl (or is she?) messes up with alternative history.
Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku o Ketsui Shimashita - ecchi with somehow decent story...now that was a surprise.

1. Berserk
2. Kaze no Tani no Nausicaä
3. Kaguya-hime no Monogatari
4. Howl no Ugoku Shiro

These are probably the only ones i would call "favorites" since these are the only ones with a 8 or above.
Being a guy that loves and grew up reading western fantasy its astounding anime has so few great ones, but i probably have a lot still to watch though but 4 from 130 is still not the best ratio.

Below a score of 8 but ones i still love are Fate/Zero and Fate/Lost Butterfly.
